  1. It would be useful to be able to have a different listing name by channel. Currently, we cannot change the property name in the channel, as the public name (Airbnb and Booking.com) or short description (Vrbo) will override.

  3. Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.

    It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

  4. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

  7. Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.

    It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

  10. It would be great if you could search for available properties in multiple towns/cities instead of being limited to just one location. If you open the calendar and go to location, having the ability to just check off the locations you want to search for would be incredibly beneficial. Let me know if there's already a way to do this!

    Thank you Alex. So we are working on adding authentication providers and we'll start with Google first (sometime this month). It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

  14. In the property setting, only the description page is multilingual.
    In fees and conditions, the fees, rules and cancellation policy are only in one language. Which makes the overall listing look unprofessional.

  15. At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.

    If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

  16. The report currently pulls all leads and doesn’t have a mechanism to handle group bookings yet. All main booking and sub bookings appear in the report causing incorrect financial statement.

    So only main booking should appear in the report, not sub bookings.

  17. For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

  18. When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

  19. Currently, the Analytics page only displays rental revenue in the property's active currency setting. If a property has bookings in multiple currencies (e.g., EUR and USD), only the revenue matching the current property currency is shown. This causes misleading or incomplete financial data, especially for properties that have recently changed currencies or accept international bookings.

    Suggestions
    1/ Add a currency filter or multi-currency breakdown on the Analytics page
    2/ Include all revenue data regardless of currency, with clear labeling
    3/ Option to normalize revenue to a single currency (e.g., convert all to USD based on exchange rate)

  20. We're aware that we can bulk update pricing in Calendar, however, we want to store the dates for Pricing periods so we can apply the pricing without checking the dates for seasonal rules again
