  1. The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.

  4. Currently, it's not accurate. I need to be able to add the exact cost of cleaning for accuracy. My cleans cost 48.52 each and I can only add either £48 or £49

  9. Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.

    My idea is to do one of the following:

    • Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…

  14. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  18. Recently, there's only generated Owner reports having Agency logo along with other agency details (see attachment). It would be nice if those information is showing on other reports.
    These report types don't have the Agency details on the generated ones:
    - Financial reports
    - Logistics and Job reports (in Logistics reports type)
    - Property reports
