  1. It would be extremely useful, and some places like breezeway and charge automation are already offering it as an add on. Basically an upsell like early check-in, or late checkout that is only offered if there is a gap night.

  4. Ability to remove 'Guest filter' in Search widget and adjust the Max guests display on direct booking site to base guest number instead.

    We have multiple units on one property. When guests stay with us we can accommodate up to 81 guests. but if they place that in the guest search it won't populate with anything because each unit can only host about 2-5 guests. This also goes along with being able to rent out multiple listings on the same order.

  6. I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

  7. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  10. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  13. The Dashboard and Analytics formulas miscalculate unbooked nights for parent/child listings. If a parent/child property has one unbooked night, it's counted twice, causing occupancy rates, ADR, and other metrics to drop inaccurately.

  18. If a guest makes a repeat reservation with the same email address, it would be nice if Hostfully would tag that guest automatically so we know it's a repeat guest. We host hundreds of guests a year so we try to remember names when we see them come through, but we obviously can't recognize every name and tag it
