  1. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

  3. Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

  7. At the moment, we can only force sync at property level.

    let say i change my cancellation policy in all my listings and i did it with my bulk edit tool

    i have to click one by one in the sync button to push the update to Airbnb instantly.

    I'd like to force sync to multiple or all properties at once to save time

  8. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  11. At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.

    However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

  14. Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb

  15. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  17. If guest pays 30% on their 1st payment, I would like only 30% of the payment shown on the reports. Currently, we could only split numbers based on the booked months (using variable {FRACTION_EARNED}) but it would be hard for me to pay the actual taxes.
