  4. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  5. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  6. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  11. I have a lot of groups for my properties, and sometimes I can't remember which guest is in which apartment on the property. So If I could search by Tag, Group, or multiple properties, that would help

  12. When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

    At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

  15. I'm sure other STR users have this need. This is when you have guests cancel for legitimate reasons such as cancelling last minute for deaths in the family, hurricanes evacuation (or any storm related issues like snow storms, ice storms etc.) that warrant people getting money back but willing to accept a credit so both parties don't suffer. Or just good will on the host's end if someone needs to cancel without losing all their funds. This could be a partial credit, one night credit, cleaning fee credit etc. to use at another time.   17. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.
