Option to not require email when creating a lead
I still would like to raise the request to change the obligation to fill the email address.
If platforms provide their internal address - it is ok for system to take it. But even they are not releasing the real address of the guest.
every dummy email is wasting of our time to fill it and can cause some issues to release information and data somewhere that we have no control where it will end up

Collect and Remit Taxes for Direct Bookings
Enable Hostfully to automatically collect and remit taxes for direct bookings, similar to what some competitors (e.g. Hospitable Direct Premium) currently offer.
For direct bookings, Hostfully allows users to configure and charge taxes, but the responsibility of filing and remitting those taxes remains fully manual.

Monthly Breakdown Within Owner Reports
Currently, users can generate owner reports for either: A single month, or
a custom date range spanning multiple monthsHowever, when generating a report for a multi-month period (for example, December–February), the data is aggregated into one combined report. There is no way to view or export the same report with a clear separation of data by month within that period. I'd like to have an option to split owner reports by month when generating a report for a multi-month period.

When communicating through Hostfully and it is a VRBO guest communication- I can't send a link to another vrbo property via hostfully. I have to go through the VRBO messenger.

Add ability to include specific notes on auto-created jobs
It would be helpful to have the option to add custom notes or comments to jobs that are automatically created by the system. Currently, there is no way to include job-specific instructions or context when the job is generated automatically. This feature would improve clarity and communication for teams handling auto-created jobs.

Shows notes on blocks tooltip instead of "blocked by agency"
For blocked dates on calendar, it would be tremendously more useful to shows notes on tooltip instead of "blocked by agency".

consider the property Timezone to send Ical blocks
Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.
Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.
9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.
is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?

Allow Owners to Edit Listing Photos and Descriptions from the Owner Portal
Currently, property owners can view listing content in the Owner Portal, but they cannot update photos or edit the property descriptions. Since many owners want to keep their listings updated without depending on the property manager for small adjustments, adding these permissions would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

To significantly improve calendar and mobile functionality, we request two key updates: 1) Implement an "Expand All Properties" button on the main calendar to instantly display all unit bookings, eliminating the need for tedious manual expansion and allowing hosts to quickly view inventory across the entire portfolio. 2) Integrate the "Rebook/Extend Stay" feature into the mobile app, allowing hosts to rapidly create an extension booking for current guests from any location, enhancing efficiency and improving responsiveness to guest requests.

we don't have the option of phone numbers for other guests, and the custom field does not work for us.

Right now, we can edit the Minimun stay for a specific date range in the calendar. Would be usefull to add the Maximun stay as well.

We really need the ability to toggle triggers for longer length stays. When we book for longer then 30days and up to say 6 months we are sending STR messages to guests
