  1. I would love to be able to choose for how long I extend an individual reservation hold. Instead of the flat agency setting (currently set to 24hrs), it would be good to have a a few custom buttons to extend for 1hr, 12 hrs, 24 hrs (and ability to customise each preset)

  3. Use case:
    User has 96 properties
    - 73 active
    - 23 inactive

    while the central calendar can present correctly (73/96 active properties) with the filter ACTIVE properties which is good view

    Issue on the single calendar view with the property list dropdown with no filter so it is expected to see all properties in the dropdown list (96/96) and it causes an inconvenient situation when the inactive properties show in the list.
    => want to add filter to be able to see only active properties in the dropdown list

  4. Currently, taxes added to a property are displayed as fees during the Direct Booking Site checkout flow.

    Taxes should appear under a dedicated “Taxes” section/label instead of being grouped together with fees. This would provide clearer pricing transparency for guests and help differentiate mandatory government taxes from property-specific fees.

  5. Currently, we can only set pricing rules (bottom of the property's Pricing page) to Direct Bookings, Airbnb, Vrbo and HVMI. It would be convenient to do things here:
    1. Select the channels to apply the rules to.
    2. Select all the channels that Hostfully integrates with.

  7. PM would like to request the ability to remove or hide the green “Avg / night” price bubble that appears on the website map/listing view.

    Currently, this element is system-generated and there is no option in settings to disable it. In some cases, it affects the visual presentation of the listings and we would like more flexibility to control whether this pricing badge is shown or hidden.

  8. Right now, the only option to send our guest's receipts is to create a template with the [$ORDER_STATEMENT$] variable but it doesn't populate crucial information like dates, guest's name, property name, transaction number, etc.

    Would be nice to see an improvement here.

  11. When we sync hostfully with clearning accounting, we are showing a mis-matched balance and it is because hostfully is counting the whimstay platform fee as income instead of as a fee deducted from the payment. It is inflating our deposit

  12. Currently, cancellation policy notes must be added in shared fields like descriptions or rental conditions. It would be very helpful to have a dedicated field where users can add explanatory cancellation policy text for specific channels only, especially Vrbo, without affecting content shown on Airbnb, direct booking site, or other channels.

  13. The Point Central Integration, generates the codes for the Master unit and for the 2 sub units, as well, which are 2 different properties.

    When the Master Unit is booked, the guest only received a code for one subunit, as it's the one selected in the lock of the Master unit, so the code for the other subunit is missing.

    The request is to create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.

    In the meantime, there is a workaround shared by the PointCentral Integration Team:

  14. Can we create an option to choose the promo code to be valid for 3 reservations? That way, it would match the 20% off new listing promo on Airbnb and it could be applied to our direct booking website easily.... will help with marketing for booking direct.

  15. The Acceptance of our Agreement is a legal and binding document from the guest in regards to damage liability and cancellation rules and obligations. Acceptance/esign(accepted online) is the purpose of the guest Accepting our contractual terms and conditions. Without verified proof of Acceptance the guest has no liabilities in a court of law or in regards to a Credit Card Chargeback.

    Therefore this is vital to the guest understanding of the terms and conditions and in their liability enforcement.

  17. Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.

    It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:

    After guests input the number of guests

    Before clicking “Book Now”

    Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process

    This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

  20. Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.

    Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.
