  1. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  2. I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

  8. I'm sure other STR users have this need. This is when you have guests cancel for legitimate reasons such as cancelling last minute for deaths in the family, hurricanes evacuation (or any storm related issues like snow storms, ice storms etc.) that warrant people getting money back but willing to accept a credit so both parties don't suffer. Or just good will on the host's end if someone needs to cancel without losing all their funds. This could be a partial credit, one night credit, cleaning fee credit etc. to use at another time. I would just need something that…

  11. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.

Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

  19. I would like to have an option that someone can add an early check in or late check out in a template email that can be set up as a trigger. It would be most helpful if the trigger went out for those who did not have a same day check in and out for the property.
    I would like this to be something they can add on the night before check in and night before check out. The current feature seems to be more for during bookings.
