Add Promo Code field to Lead Details when creating a new lead from the calendar
Members of our team assisting renters with booking reservations need the ability to add Promo Codes when creating leads from the calendar - so they can offer company-approved discounts without needing admin access to pricing software. We see this as a critical feature, please upvote!

Separate Inbox thread per booking for Booking.com and Vrbo guests with multiple bookings
At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.
2 votesGreat news! Hostfully now separates the Inbox message thread per booking for Vrbo. This means, when a Vrbo guest re-books your listing, a new message thread will be created so that the guest or you won't be confused with old messages from the past booking.

We would like the ability to select and assign multiple photos at once when mapping them to Airbnb rooms, instead of having to do it 1 by 1
We manage 17 houses, each with around 80 photos — mapping them individually is extremely time-consuming. Allowing bulk selection and assignment would significantly improve efficiency and user experience.

Increase character limits on departure items in guidebook
For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

Improve Clarity of Vrbo New Listing Discount Eligibility Status
When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

Make booking widget show all pricing details when clicking on "Show details"
On Booking widget, the pricing section doesn’t appear to move when clicking on "Show details", and it wasn’t immediately obvious that they needed to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the information.

bring back pricing periods so the system can store the dates
We're aware that we can bulk update pricing in Calendar, however, we want to store the dates for Pricing periods so we can apply the pricing without checking the dates for seasonal rules again

More sample response in API doc besides 200
I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.
At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

Pin Point exact property location in Direct Booking Site
Right now, the circle in the map shows the area where the property is located. I would like the option to show the exact address with a Pin Point.

Auto-refund status icons not showing in booking details
The small icon that shows the auto-refund status is not showing in the booking details along with the other status icons (Rental Agreement signed & Guest Details icons). This should be consistent with the pipeline status icons.

being able to generate report on all the triggers/templates is helpful if we want to double check and update them instead of clicking each one of them on the templates tab.

The submitted pre-arrival form (via Email and Pipeline Stay details) should be in the correct order (as in the form)
In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

Add pre-booking message and sync it with Airbnb
We are currently unable to make changes to the "Pre-booking message" field for Airbnb instant bookings in Airbnb. So it's helpful if we can have this field in Hostfully and sync it with Airbnb.

Support Free text in Formatter
At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.
We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:
Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.
Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

Airbnb alteration for special offered bookings should keep the original price
When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.
This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

Show other OTA rates
Show examples of the prices from Booking .con and Airbnb when the guest is booking, this shows the guest is getting a better deal when booking directly.

Publishing tools - Calendar link
In Publishing tool, there are calendar link but sometimes we need to block visibility to that link so there should be a button to enable view / disable view for Calendar link.
