  3. The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.

    If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20|%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

    That should escape the | to %7C:

    https://reservations.vacayintucson.com/property-details/b9e9522c-8bfc-49a0-af7f-1d9705479c80/Modern%20Desert%20Oasis%20%7C%20Huge%20Private%20Yard%20&%20Hot%20Tub

  4. Not being able to modify DBS price display for Units once you click from frontpage shows an average price which is higher than half of our year and can turn away guests that are looking for lower prices. This is misleading guests.

    It should be exactly the same as the units that show on the front page.

  6. I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.

    Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

  7. As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

  9. Allow the unverified guest can send the booking request
    When I set
    - Booking setup: instants book
    - Guest requirement: well reviewed guests with verified identity for channel Airbnb

    => only well review guest with verified identity can be able to book instantly with me.

    Based on that, I can send the message, probaly via trigger to these guest to request their ID to be able to book.

  10. It would be helpful to include the System Templates in the Scheduled Messages page so those can be deleted by guest as needed.
    There may be situations where we do not want system templates to go out to a specific guest, so that functionality would be useful.

  11. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…

  12. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

    • Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
    • Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

  16. we collect all guest data with pre arrival forms so want that other guest information to be exported to marketing platform.

    Also would like other segmented information on the guest exported.
    Where they stayed property/city
    When they stayed month/ season /date etc
    Dob
    Reason for staying

    So that marketing campaigns can be tagged to specific segments

    Eg you stayed in Stanthorpe last winter book again this year before things get busy

Since I have guests who book multiple properties, and also inquire on ones they don't book, when I search by name, it pulls up the list of everything and I can't tell what's a booking or inquiry. We would line to have a way to sort the pipeline so I can see all status when i search by his name, it doesn't show me the status.

I would like to know if its possible to have templates that I can chose when sending the reservation when they can book at pay Credit card and when I request they pay through wire/zelle as some guests I dont want to have them pay Via CC as some guests dont want to pay the CC fee.
