Default color for the Booking Widget and have it apply to all properties.
There should be a way to define a default color for the Booking Widget and apply it to all properties. Instead of having to define it one property at a time.

Ability to set LOS discount for direct booking site only
I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.
Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

Improve automatic reservation reallocation for overlapping dates
When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

Make Frequently Used Features Easily Accessible on Mobile Browsers
We’d love to see some features accessible via mobile browsers, since our team often works on the go and the mobile app doesn’t currently offer full functionality.
We suggest simplifying access to frequently used actions — like Add Transaction, Add Payment, Add Expense, and Owner Adjustments — similar to how Add Lead is currently handled.
At the moment, some of these (like Owner Adjustments) are a few steps deep. Adding a dedicated button (e.g., next to Add Lead) would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

Pre-arrival form settings
In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc
However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

Channel messages should work with leads that were attributed to Vrbo
We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

Show the exact number in owner portal and not rounding it up
We want the owner portal to show the exact number and not rounding it up. You rounded up $1287.75 to $1288, it causes us issues and our owners want complete transparency. 2 +2.1 is 4.1 not 4 or 5 ... seriously

Property report to include comparison
We want a property report in Enhanced reporting to have comparison information among months, days, and quarter. At the moment, we can only run separate reports to compare. We know about Analytics, but we want it to be in Enhanced reporting as well as we can customize the data, columns and can download them as CSV for future reference.

Export order breakdown
We'd like to export invoices (orders) from the first quarter of 2024 for all the guests that outline everything that they paid. We need the visual of the order not just the information aggregated into a report

Different balance due status for Booking.com reservations
As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.
We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

Prorated Property Reports
Currently, the values of columns Rent/Fees/Property Total Taxes/Total Revenue in the Property reports are the full amount of the bookings. It would be nice to have their prorated values as well

Differentiate the "Additional charge option" from the "Security deposit" on the checkout page
We used the “Additional Charge” feature, but on the checkout page, next to the security deposit it says (refundable). The security deposit is not actually included in the amount they pay upfront, so it is technically not “refundable.” Many guests contact us to ask when they will receive a refund of their security deposit and we have to explain to them that it was never paid, but is just an additional charge option we have after checkout if needed. Guests are often disappointed to realize this, thinking they were going to get $500 back of what they had already paid.
