Improve the UI of Owner Adjustments
Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

Be able to get a report for Due Owner (Net) after the adjustment
There should be a report that collects all Due Owner (Net) amounts after adjustments from all owners. This way, the finance team can process payments to owners in bulk.
This approach will be more convenient for accounts with many properties and owners.

Have a booking view and a price view on the calendar for mobile app
There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

Digital Document w/ SMS link sending integration
The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.
Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

Direct booking site URLs should escape "unsafe" or "unwise" characters per RFC 3986
The URLs that are built for the Direct Booking site MUST escape characters that are considered "unsafe". This includes the pipe character ( | ), which is pretty commonly used in page titles as a separator that doesn't take up much space.
If these are not escaped, Google Travel will NOT accept the weblink. For example, one of our listings has this for the direct URL:

Make Direct Booking site pricing details editable- Units section (not frontpage)
Not being able to modify DBS price display for Units once you click from frontpage shows an average price which is higher than half of our year and can turn away guests that are looking for lower prices. This is misleading guests.
It should be exactly the same as the units that show on the front page.

Ability to remove pricing rule for certain months of the year
I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.
Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

Ability to sync Master unit to Booking.com room level directly, without breaking Master-Sub setup
As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
- Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
- Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
- Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

Allow the unverified guest can send the booking request
When I set
- Booking setup: instants book
- Guest requirement: well reviewed guests with verified identity for channel Airbnb=> only well review guest with verified identity can be able to book instantly with me.
Based on that, I can send the message, probaly via trigger to these guest to request their ID to be able to book.
