  1. When a property manager blocks check out on a specific date in the calendar, the booking widget displays that date as grey.

    However, the date is not actually unavailable. Guests can still stay that night as part of a longer reservation. The only restriction is that they cannot check out on that date.

    This creates confusion for guests because the widget visually suggests the date cannot be booked at all, even though it is still available within a multi night stay.

  2. It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a vendor lock code that remains unassigned to any property by default. This code could then be temporarily assigned to a specific property when the vendor has an appointment and removed once the visit is completed.
    Some vendors visit multiple properties frequently. Currently, the workflow requires assigning them to a property in order to save the code, which makes it difficult to keep a reusable vendor code ready for future visits.
    Allow the creation of a vendor lock code that is not tied to any property initially.

  5. Please add the option to change the “Book Now” button text to “Check Price” (or allow customizable button text).

    Reason:
    I manage 24 rental properties, and many guests frequently message me asking for pricing because they are hesitant to click “Book Now.” They assume that clicking the button will immediately confirm or charge a booking, when in reality they just want to check the price first.

    Allowing hosts to change the button label to something like “Check Price” would make the booking process clearer for guests and reduce unnecessary messages about pricing.

  10. We are using Hostfully API v3's referrer value to show in the pipeline where the lead request came from, among our 3 web sites. If I don't select a filter, I see all bookings from various external platforms and am only interested in measuring the funnel efficiency by origin website (Paris For Rent, Haven In, Paris Luxury Rentals). The quote/booking forms on these web sites use the referrer value and send it to Hosfully along with the request.

  11. Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
    This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.

    Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

  14. Currently, the /api/v3.2/owner-adjustments endpoint does not support filtering by start and end date. When iterating through properties with long history (for example, multiple years), the payload becomes very large and difficult to process efficiently.

    Please add optional query parameters such as:

    • startDate

    • endDate

    This would allow partners to limit results to a specific time window and significantly reduce payload size.

  16. When manually creating a reservation, add ability to specify a different down payment then the default. The use case is to use when making a longer than usual reservation and offering the repeat guest a lower initial down payment....such as offering 20% and the rest 80% 50 days before check-in.

  19. Some property managers would like the ability to restrict what service providers can see in the calendar. Currently, when a service provider has calendar visibility, they can see broader booking and occupancy information for the property. In many cases, this is not necessary for their role.

    From a security perspective, exposing full calendar availability can create risk, as it may reveal when a property is unoccupied. Service providers only need to see the jobs assigned to them, not the full occupancy schedule.

  20. Currently Hostfully has owner payout default reports set to when booking is booked. I believe it should be due changed or at least have a toggle switch to enable payouts to be calculated at check out date. Currently I have a booking on the last day of the month and lasts 10 days. Hostfully has me paying my owner on "Check in Date" and not at "Check out Date" I believe this should be changed.
