  1. In Direct Booking Site, for mobile browsers please add the html attribute type="date" to all datepicker inputs.

    This would greatly help our mobile visitors who make up the majority of our traffic.

    I realise clicking on the input opens a date picker popup, but on mobile devices a lack of type="x" opens the users qwerty keyboard by default, and the date picker is not overly optimised for smaller screens.

    If you added type="date" our users would be given the iOS/Android date picker instead which would be a much better UI/UX for them.

  2. We would love a feature to auto-block calendar days when maximum limit of personnel is reached. For example, we have part time employees for housekeeping , and the maximum each person can do in a day is 5 apartments. We would love a feature where we can set up how many employees are working each day (for example 3 employees = max 15 apartments) and when that limit is reached, the rest of the apartaments' calendar will be blocked for that day.   4. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to automatically cancel unpaid reservations after a defined number of hours. This would help prevent calendar blocks due to unpaid bookings and reduce the need for manual follow-up or cancellations.

  12. For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
    This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.

    If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

  17. Reservations from Rental United appear in Pipeline as "booked on Booking.com via Rental United" or "Booked on Expedia via Rental United". However, these information is not showing in report, they only appear as Rental United under Channel name or Affiliate name fields.

    Those information will be helpful for us to analysis the booking data and conversion from each channel.

  18. At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.

    We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:

    Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.

    Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

  19. Right now you can only create a text trigger using a text template. However, you can manually send a text message using an email template. If you could use an email template with a text trigger it would cut down on the number of templates you need to create. Thank you.
