  1. It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

  2. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

  4. When running an owner report, the total reflects the entire cost of the reservation. When a guest stays for 2 or more months, Airbnb breaks up your payouts in 30 day increments. I would like to pay may owner's what I actually received for that month. If I pay the entire reservation and the guest cancels mid-stay, I would have to ask for money back from the owner. The Transaction History also accounts for guest resolutions. i.e. charges for damage or refunds for guest inconveniences.

  5. When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
    Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?

  6. Waivo integration. Waivo is a damage protection product sold by a subsidiary of Loyds of London. It would be great if they could see which reservations paid for the damage protection and charge us behind the scenes for that. This is also a revenue generator for the hosts as we can over charge the damage waiver and collect the difference (guest pays $50 for a $30 damage waiver, host keeps the difference)

  8. Booking info is available through Zapier but a discount is not. This means if using Zapier for any calculations outside of Hostfully then they will be wrong if missing Discounts.

  10. We have many messages come in per hour, but there are only so many Leads/messages displayed on the page at a time. It would be good to be able to see more Leads/messages load as the page is scrolled so I can see more past messages in case I need to reference one of them.

  11. I'm using zapier to handle owner blocks that are created in Hostfully.
    Right now, if the owner blocks dates using click/drag function on the
    calendar to block dates, this triggers an update zap. However, if the owner blocks dates by clicking the "+ Block Dates" button at the top of their dashboard, it doesn't trigger any zaps. This is a serious oversight that adds lots of complications to our system. Can you fix this so the "+Block Dates" button also triggers a zap?

  12. When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

  13. When adding nights to an existing stay, allow a time duration to allow them to pay or else the addition is cancelled.
    Same as the HOLD duration.

  15. Add an agency-wide setting for booking 'lead time' so that it is easier to change this depending on business level, time of year, etc. Sometimes I want to encourage last-minute bookings, other times I don't.

  17. Has there been any discussions about Hostfully platform being able to
    accept Crypto currency for bookings? Does anyone else think this is a good idea since the industry is shifting towards digital currency? Many travel sites are already offering this option.

  20. On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.
