Optimize Inbox View
At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.2 votes -

More inquiries with Zapier integration
I would like to have more triggers on Zapier (for example: New Inquiry). Current triggers with Zapier are limited:
- Cancelled booking.

Have other info/icons shown on calendar besides guest name/dates
Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

Ability to add early check-in or late check-outs as upselling items after the booking has been confirmed
I would like to have an option that someone can add an early check in or late check out in a template email that can be set up as a trigger. It would be most helpful if the trigger went out for those who did not have a same day check in and out for the property.
I would like this to be something they can add on the night before check in and night before check out. The current feature seems to be more for during bookings.2 votes -

Display template picker in Inbox for Vrbo inquiries
When I receive a Vrbo inquiry, it shows in Inbox as a guest message, which is not linked to any lead (since no checkin/checkout dates are provided) - that's by design. I want the template picker in Inbox to display in this user case so that I can pick any templates and communicate with guests.

Allow capital letter in the middle of a guest's name
At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

Fix whimstay for quickbooks
Whimstay reservations are sent to quickbooks as if they are direct bookings, going into the agency clearing account. However, Whimstay is actually the merchant of record, and holds on to the funds until the guest arrives (like airbnb). These transactions should be reported to Quickbooks as going into a Whimstay Clearing account.

Have the ability to add more than one calendar for one property
Good morning,
I would like to do 3 calendars in one property. As hotels do. Because I have 3 similar properties at the same building, once I have 3 different advertisements, I would like to have 1 advertisement only, but 3 calendarsIt's because The guest will stop to ask with it is the same property because they look the same. It would show less opportunities in the area and the guest would think fast to book the property.

Customize the percent % at reservation
Be able to customize the percent taken at reservation, or allow percentages in increments of 5s instead of only 10s. Some clients like to take 25% at booking.
