  1. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  2. At the moment, leads from TA are imported by iCal. And iCal leads are considered as blocks so triggers don't work at all.

    It would be much appreciated if we can communicate with TA leads from iCal.

  3. The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.

    Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.

  4. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  6. Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

I think either changing the default of the inbox view to "all" under that status, or giving the user the option to create their own default view would be helpful not to miss past guests or other messages because the system deems what is "relevant" and to change it is a manual process each time.

  8. There's a lot of empty space in the inbox' sidebar. Having notes displayed in this section could be quite useful to keep track of ongoing work for an specific reservation and coordinating efforts in our team.

  9. There is no return within the Leadsql CLOSED / CANCELLED leads.
    This means we can't work fully with the Lead
    sql to our back-end connection.
    All other statuses are present but these are not. This means more API calls and with the limitation within the amount of API calls per hour this will be a problem.

  12. While looking at the calendar for dates that aren't booked yet, would be nice to be able to toggle some shading for rates/colors. I use it to help adjust my Dynamic Pricing (DPGO for me) to see where I might have a property over/under priced.
    Would be nice to have a few brackets can set the amount and color. 0-200 - Yellow, 201-400 - Green, 400+ Red.

  13. I'd like to add "groups" of users where anyone in that group can manage bookings/listings/etc.

    As it is now: Each lead is assigned to an individual. If someone else needs to do something, they have to take ownership then go back in and make the changes, then go back and re-assign it.

    I'd like a group "West Coast Property Managers" and any user in that group can manage any leads/properties in that group at any time.

    The logs should show who did what when but this would avoid the overhead of having to reassign things.

  15. A category for hostfully guidebooks' marketplace needs to be added.

    Marketplace payment transactions would best be integrated individually with selected stripe accounts (rather than defaulting to the two scenarios below ) , because upsell services may be related to service providers or simply not associated with the property's financial accounting.

    Also reporting should include a feature for marketplace transactions.

    Does anyone have any best practices and tips on how to best price and collect payments for upsell services in the marketplace? How to track and reconcile these purchases across all booking platforms and multiple stripe accounts?

  16. We like to set up a partner program for our agency where every partner that refers a new property owner receives a lifetime commission of x% calculated as %tage of our agency commission.

    "Must-have":
    (1) A list of partners maintained in Hostfully, with their contact data and the %commission they will receive
    (2) The option in the Property administration to add a partner that should receive commission on agency commission

I still don't like using the photos as the way to identify properties in the app, and I am constantly opening that leftmost sidebar to see the property name before doing anything in the app.  I think a customizable abbreviation would be a better short form for quickly finding the right property.

  19. It would be helpful if each Pricing Period had a different color on the Pricing Periods tab (under Agency Settings). Right now, it just shows one color (I assume it's the color of the person who entered the Pricing Period info).

    Also, it would be nice if you were able to see the details of the Pricing Period (such as name/date) when you mouseover the date on the calendar in Pricing Periods.

    As a side note, I found and reported a glitch where if you delete a Pricing Period you may not be able to create a new one that…

  20. Currently our emails sent to guests list the Company name in big bold letters for example "!@#$.LLC" instead of listing the home they booked.

    This is confusing to the guest and they suspect that it is spam. The emails are disregarded. All email interactions with guests should list the Booked home name.
    So top of the email should list your "Home booked"... not the LLC that the home is under.
