This is for Government Content tenancy of Short term Rentals Data Guidelines for Platform in British Columbia. Unfortunately the unique ID sent on the form needs to have at least 25 characters

Support for AB2202 Compliance – Pre-Booking Display of Cleaning/Checkout Tasks
Starting July 1, 2025, California AB2202 requires short-term rental operators to disclose cleaning and checkout tasks before a guest confirms a booking.
Currently, Vrbo provides a way to add this information directly in their dashboard. However, there is no way to set or display these tasks on the Hostfully platform, including for the Direct Booking Site or through channel integrations.
Please add functionality that allows property managers to create a list of cleaning/checkout tasks associated with each property

Add inbox analytics to reporting
Our team is trying to see when we receive the most messages to put together a schedule for our employees that makes sense. Knowing how many messages we receive in a week or weekend will allow us to know how many team members should be on at once to assist guests.

Pet Based Trigger/Variable
A pet variable for use in emails (Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully) would be extremely helpful. Many housekeepers charge a pet fee, but currently, there’s no automated way to notify them—only manual updates, which also require giving them broader Hostfully access than needed. A pet variable could trigger alerts to both housekeeping and guests, streamlining communication and operations.

Bring back prior owner permissions option
Previously the owner permission option "Owner can block dates" would show the booked reservation blocks on the calendar but no details about the reservation (guest name, contact info, etc.). When the owner permissions were updated recently that was lost and I would like to see it come back.
Now the options are:
1) "Owner can block dates" only shows the nights that are available/unavailable without showing the actual blocks. That means that when you have reservations back-to-back owners can't see where the turnover window is. We need more detail than this.

Show examples of the prices from Booking .con and Airbnb when the guest is booking, this shows the guest is getting a better deal when booking directly.

Ability to choose which guest message to use "Suggest an answer" feature
I find the AI "suggest an answer" very helpful way to commuincate with guests, however one issue I have found is if you don't answer the message from the guest immediately and then in the meantime, either the guest messages again or a triggered message is sent to the guest, the "suggest an answer" cannot be used, which is frustrating as it is a time saver. Is it possible for Hostfully to implement something, like swipe the message you wish to reply to (similar to whatsapp). Thanks.

Combine 1 line for 1 guest in the Fee report
Currently, the fee report displays each custom fee as a separate row, while we add the cleaning fee as a column. As a result, the cleaning fee appears on every row, which shows the duplicated lines for each guest in the report.

Auto-Create Resolution Adjustment When Security Deposit Is Automatically Refunded
Currently, when a security deposit is automatically refunded in Hostfully, there is no corresponding Resolution Adjustment added to the booking’s Order Details. This creates a mismatch between the actual financial transaction (the refund) and what’s shown in the booking record.
As a result, we are forced to manually enter a Resolution Adjustment to reflect the refunded amount, just so that the Order Details balance correctly. We're already having to make this same adjustment in QuickBooks Online, so adding it again in Hostfully creates unnecessary double work for every booking with a deposit.

No Way to Notify Guests Through Booking Channel When Deposit Is Returned
When the security deposit is automatically released, the guest only gets an email. There’s no way to notify them through the platform they booked on, like VRBO or Booking.com. That’s a big gap in communication.
We try to keep everything in one place so guests aren’t confused, and this forces us to rely on email when many guests don’t check it. We should be able to trigger a message through the booking channel when the deposit is returned, just like we can for check-in instructions or thank-you messages.
This really needs to be fixed.

Owner Adjustments - VAT
We need a way of being able to pull through an adjustment that either includes VAT or not. At the minute everything pulled through doesn't show whether VAT has been applied or not. I have managed a way of setting this up but it is by default applying VAT to every input - frustrating and a fundamental flaw.

Empty Night Analytics
It would be fantastic to have access to historical pricing data for the nights that went empty in our portfolio. Bonus: include pricing data for nights that were booked. Best would be to have a CSV download so we can do our own analysis outside of Hostfully. For booked nights, would be great to include the date the reservation was booked so we could see the impact pacing has on accepted price. The customer problem here: we don't have great visibility to pricing for nights in the past - if we priced too high, there's not a ton of data…

Pipeline filter by property tag
Apologies if this has already been asked, I couldnt find it.
Please can we add the filter option in pipeline "property tag". This is extremely helpful in the calendar view (so I can filter my properties by the location tag), and would be extremely helpful in the pipeline view so we can filter out properties by area managers.
At the moment the manager filter doesn't work (perhaps the way our set up is), but it doesn't filter correctly for us.

Add property name to pre-arrival form
Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.
It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

Allow property settings mobile edit
On mobile app, it doesn't appear you can alter the "only check in on" days like you can on desktop. It would be good to have this possibility like under the property page, main settings.
