  1. Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.

    My idea is to do one of the following:

    • Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…

  3. Several guests have specifically recommended looking into GDS integration to streamline their booking processes and enhance accessibility to our properties. Integrating with GDS providers like Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan and Galileo by Travelport could significantly improve our visibility and booking convenience for this particular segment of travelers, which is rapidly growing for us. Given the potential benefits in meeting the specific needs of corporate clients more effectively, we see GDS integration as a strategic step to expand our reach and service capabilities in the corporate travel market.

  4. It is noted in the v1.5->3 upgrade guide that v3's agencies endpoint supports a "rentalConditions" field, but no other APIs seem to exist for updating the per-property rental conditions. It would be great to automate these to ensure they are accurate and make changing all properties a lot easier

  8. When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.

  9. I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.

  14. I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.

    However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.

    Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?

  17. for a direct booking on the website when people put the discount code, we see the letters in capital letters at all times but the system is sensitive to lower and upper case letters. We often have errors because on cell phones, the first letter is always capitalized and that always creates errors. No matter what people write, it appears in capital letters. If we make a promo code in capital letters, customers write the first letter in capital letters and everything else appears in capital letters without being so, and if we make a code in lower case, people…

    • Current behavior: To create a block on the app, users need to click on calendar > click on (+) button to create a block => Users want to create the block quicker by clicking on the date directly without clicking on (+) button. After you finish adjust the date > Save. The system should bring the user back to the calendar view without clicking back.
