Automatic Pricing Adjustments to Stay Competitive Across Channels
Allow property managers to define pricing rules that automatically adjust rates across channels to maintain their desired price relationships.
For example, a property manager could set a rule to keep Hostfully direct booking prices consistently lower than Airbnb prices. Hostfully would then automatically adjust the relevant pricing settings to achieve this.

Import "nickname" from Airbnb
Currently, Airbnb requires hosts to set our given name as the account owner and set a nickname. Hostfully only imports the account name, and this name is shown as the sender of the message, which in my case is wrong.
We use our nickname on Airbnb to sign our messages, as it's our company name.
I want Hostfully to import this nickname so it's shown as the sender of the messages instead of my real name.

Guests purchasing items from the guidebook marketplace can only purchase one item at a time
Currently, if guests purchase multiple items form the guidebook marketplace, they have to purchase one at a time.
Guests should be able to add more than one item from the guidebook marketplace to a cart, then purchase all the items in one go.

Purchases made via the guidebook should be linked to the client's booking
The marketplace for add-ons at booking and for add-ons via the guest portal are both created in the same place, with the same product details, pricing and payment, yet when a guest purchases an item from the guidebook, it doesn't update the booking details.
Unless the name happens to match the booking name, it's not even possible to know who has made the purchase.
Currently, when a guest orders something via the guidebook, we have to manually edit the booking and make a note of the purchase. This seems crazy to me.

Allow hiding the Pets option in the guest selector
Some of our properties don't allow pets currently have no way to hide the Pets option in the guest selector, which may confuse guests during booking.
Requested improvement: Allow us to hide the Pets option when pets aren't allowed, so the guest selector reflects each property's booking policies.

Block note visibility for Service Provider
Currently, the Service Provider can see the block on the calendar, but they are not able to view the detailed notes of the block.

Jaccuzzi / Hot tub amenities with Airbnb
For Airbnb, jacuzzi is the amenity key for a hot tub, so a host who selects jacuzzi will see hot tub on the listing.
It would be correct if Hostfully labels this amenity as“hot tub” for hosts, or only shows the 'hot tub' in the amenities settings for Airbnb.

Display actual guest paid amount for Airbnb bookings
In the order, it's currently displayed "Amount paid" which is referring to Guest paid amount. That number is NOT what the guest paid, as it minus the Airbnb host service fee.
The current hostfully layout forces me to have to leave Hostfully to find the information on Airbnb.

Show Who Performed Each Action in iCal Logs
Include the name or user identifier of the person who performed each action in the iCal logs. This would improve traceability and help property managers investigate calendar changes and identify the source of issues more efficiently.

Make clicking outside the window not close the window unsaved.
When you click outside of some windows, it deletes the work you have done.
This happens on the pipeline when adding a lead. It also happens in a few other places like adding fees on Fees, Taxes and Policies, when adding Reviews, House Rules, Property Expectations, Price Rules, Triggers (but not templates).Is there a way to prevent the window from closing without saving if we accidentally click outside the window?

Featured properties on booking
Featured properties - Right now, you have to click all the properties to be featured on the site since there is not a "see more" button if you want to feature just a few properties to make the landing page less cluttered. I've had people respond back to me that they didn't see the property they stayed at last year and I have to tell them to do a more detailed search :( There is also not a way to arrange your properties how you want. Sometimes I have new properties that I want to feature first to gain interest…

Provide API endpoints for scheduled messages that allow us to retrieve, delete, or modify the content and scheduled send time. Recently, I needed to cancel a scheduled "Future booking coupon" message for a guest and had to do so manually within the app.

Ability to Customize Report Formatting and Layout
Currently, users have limited options to customize the formatting and layout of reports. We would like to request the ability to edit report formatting, similar to what is available in Excel.
This could include adjusting column widths, changing font styles and sizes, applying cell formatting, and customizing the overall layout to make reports easier to read and better suited to users' needs.
