  1. We have two listings. There's a cleaning company there that works on weekdays only, and we have a part-time employee there who can work on weekends only.

    So ideally I would be able to set up two triggers that created cleaning jobs at checkout for those listings -- one that assigned Monday-Friday cleanings to service provider A, and another that assigned Saturday-Sunday cleanings to service provider B.

    It looks like that could be implemented under "if these conditions are met", which comes up when a trigger event is "booking confirmed". The "choose field" dropdown would add "departure day is", which…

  2. At the moment, Hostfully only shows the Risk score on Pipeline. It's not possible to direct users to Superhog directly to check more details when clicking on it from Pipeline view.

    We'd need to go to Superhog site to check more details on the report.

    It'd be nice if Hostfully has this feature.

  4. Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.

    I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

  6. Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.

  12. It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

  16. If I try to delete the security deposit. When I click on "update property" the security deposit is "filled" again. when I delete the security deposit and left it blank, it returns to the last amount after update it.
    So, when I put "0" (zero) it changed. I believe that the system should understand when it is blank, it is zero.

    If it is blank, it is zero or "not applied" for the property. It is not necessary an additional step to set the option to zero. If we left blank, system should understand that I don't want this option…

  17. When you are searching properties on the mobile view, the (next) page buttons 1, 2, 3 are ONLY at the top - they should also be at the bottom. Reason

    1) It is more convenient than scrolling all the way back to the top and
    2) When guests get to the bottom they think that is it

    Also, in the search bar, you should include a search perimeter for Complex or property descriptions. So if someone is looking specifically for a rental in "Sunrise" condo, they don't have to go thru 10 pages to find it.

  19. At the moment, we don't have any condition to filter out booking inquiry with unavailable dates so we can automate the booking inquiry sending process for those type of guests.

    I can figure out the template side, but not the trigger side.

    I get a lot of inquiries from non-Airbnb guests for dates that aren’t available at the specific property, but are available at similar properties. I don’t always manually reply until hours later, when it’s too late.
