Adding option to limit Estimated Departure time in Pre-arrival form
A PM would like to suggest a modification to the Pre-arrival Form. Currently, guests are able to enter any time for their Estimated Departure Time for the Pre-Arrival form, which may lead to confusion as they may think they can stay at the property until the time they input (even if it is past the designated check out time, such as 8PM). Airbnb alteration issue
Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation
We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)
At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.
That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.
This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

Ability to add a custom name to reports file
Currently you can give custom title to reports, but when you send the PDF to the owners the file is downloaded with an alphanumeric values for file title. Title looks restricted to the report header and doesn't affect file name.

Easily switch to the next and previous photo when click on a specific photo in Photos tab
It would be very very better if there's an arrow on both sides of the picture. So we don't need to close the tab and click the next photo.
It would be better to just click forward or click backward.

Improve Balance Due Dates for Last-Minute Bookings
If a booking is created after the configured balance due date, the system should automatically set the balance due date to the booking date (or the nearest future date before check-in). This change would make payment due dates clearer, reduce confusion, and improve the booking and payment experience for both property managers and guests.

Ability to set multiple deposit and balance rules by season
Currently, Hostfully only allows one global payment rule per property (deposit % at booking and balance collection date).
Allow deposit % and balance collection rules to be set by season or by date range, similar to how pricing and minimum stays can be adjusted on the calendar.

Set permission under Property Settings
Under Set permission in Properties page, when bulk save, the setting and member assigned there to is applied to all other properties.
It would be easier if we can select their name and click to assign listing to them. It would be very helpful to a growing company

automatic message is sent offering them to book it at a discounted price
Add the option to automatically send a message to guests near their check-out date, offering them to extend their stay for one more night at a discounted rate if the following night is available. I think it would be powerful for the system to automate this process based on an opt-in by the operator by property for a specific time period or seasons, with selectable discounts, and the system looks up the availability and triggers accordingly.

Allow separate Stripe connections for sub-properties
Currently, sub-properties in Hostfully inherit the payment processor settings from their master property, meaning all payments are routed through the master’s Stripe account.
For property managers who operate multi-unit listings, it would be extremely helpful to allow connecting different Stripe accounts directly to sub-properties without unlinking them from the master.

Ability to customize the owner report name when sharing via email
Currently, after sharing the owner report via email, the name of the report file shows as "Owner+[Owner ID]", so I would like to have the ability to customize the owner report name when sharing via email.

Modify fields in rental agreement
Ability to modify the guest information field in rental agreement (name, email, phone number).

Current owner adjustment Records a cost incurred by the Agency and does the following
Deducts Owners payout
Increases Agency payout
Case 2 – This case applies when the agency pays an invoice or service from the owners Trust account with the owner’s permission or as a request
Agency pays for a service, like landscaping/weed control, from the Owners Trust Account

I would like to request the ability to transfer payments between bookings. We recently had an issue where a guest had to be moved to a different property. We need a feature that allows us to transfer the payment from their original, canceled booking to the new one.
