Add property/reservation info to form submitted email notification
When guest submit a pre-arrival form, the email notification should also include:
1. Property name
2. Guest name
3. Reservation Dates
4. Booking platformIn addition - it will also be nice to get a mobile app notification when a form is submitted, and not just an email

NOT sending Airbnb tax for Quickbooks
At the moment, there's not a way to configure the integration to NOT send the tax payed lines since Airbnb pays the taxes. The workaround is just to manually edit/adjust/delete it in Quickbooks.
We want the automation to make it less manual

Allow Early Bird Discounts for Vrbo Beyond 36 Days (e.g. 90+ Days)
Currently, when configuring Early Bird discounts for Vrbo, the maximum lead time available in the dropdown is limited to 36 days. Some property managers need the ability to offer discounts for bookings made far in advance (for example, 90+ days) across multiple properties. Expanding this range would allow more flexible pricing strategies, improve competitiveness on Vrbo, and better align Hostfully’s discount options with real-world booking behaviors.

Inbox Clutter & Broken "Unread" Filter: Need Ability to Hide System Auto-Messages
The client needs to hide automated messages from their main inbox.
The problem is twofold: 1) these messages clutter the view and make it difficult to find messages from actual guests, and 2) the "Unread Only" filter doesn't work across teams, because if one agent sees a message, it's marked as read for everyone, negating the filter's effectiveness.Please provide an option to archive/separate these automated messages or to have the "read" status be individual for each agent.

Keep quote unchanged when modifying BDC booking
Sometimes we need to re-arrange the Booking.com reservations in Hostfully calendar but the booking breakdown is changed based on new property while it remains unchanged in BDC. This causes discrepancy, confusion and incorrect report. So it's better if the breakdown can be freeze when we changing the property or modify a booking as we don't want to change the quote for existing booking.

Mid Term Rentals
For mid-term rentals, it would be helpful if the pre-arrival form and rental conditions carried over from the initial booking rather than resetting each month. Currently, the system shows these items as incomplete in later months even though the guest completed them at the beginning of their stay.

adding Veranda as a space under Rooms & bed types
Scenario: PM wants to map their photo with Veranda. However, “Veranda” is not an available space type in Hostfully at the moment, so it cannot be mapped directly.
We only have porch.From my research:

Improve Password Reset UI with Clear Requirements
I would highly recommend this be part of the pop up that you see when you attempt to reset a password. i.e. list what symbols and characters are required, the min and max length, the characters and symbols that are not required, etc. This is pretty standard stuff for a working app

VRBO Commissions posted in Hostfully View Order
Post VRBO Commissions on each booking View Order. You have this enabled for Booking.com, but we have to look up VRBO commissions on VRBO platform. VRBO bills commissions in batches, so this is hard to find and include on Owner Statements at the end of each month.

The purpose of a Property Management Software is to support dynamic pricing, flexibility, and conversion—especially for direct bookings. A major gap right now is where and when discounts can be applied.
Direct-book guests don’t always use promo codes, and many inquiries come through our website specifically so we can interact, quote strategically, and close the sale. Sometimes that means offering a custom discount based on dates, length of stay, or guest budget after the inquiry is submitted.
Currently:
Promo codes only reduce Rent (pre-tax) if the guest knows and applies them at the time of inquiry.
