Ability to customize name of order adjustment so it can be pulled separately in report
This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.

Integrate with Rental Listing Sites (Mid Term Rentals)
For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.
Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

Make owner stays distinct from owner blocks
Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

Align Common Space Handling with Airbnb Changes
Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.
Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

Repeat guest trigger condition
When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

Improve booking updated trigger condition
While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

The trigger event: Booking Inquiry, should only trigger when there's an inquiry.
Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking. We need to organize our Templates and Triggers into a logically ordered list
As we add new Custom Templates and Triggers, they simply are added at the bottom of the list. We would like to be able to move those into a logical order to make it easier to see we haven't missed any and to find ones that need changing or deleting.

Grant additional access to the owners
have been having lots of owners with concerns about the owners portal as it is very basic and not showing much to them. On our other plattform Lodgify, they could see much more like fees breakdown, messages from clients, the jobs created etc.
Is there a way where owners can see Jobs and more info other than what they see?
I have set them up in full permissions and it is still very empty which is causing owners to not like the way we are managing it etc. Transparency is very important to us.9 votes -
Have the ability to make the logo bigger on the direct booking website.
As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

Publishing multi-unit properties on Google, Trivago, Expedia
So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
2 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Do not modify prices when Adjusting lead orders
It would be logical if and when a customer is making changes to their reservation, but when a Property Manager is making changes, on the back end, surely there should be prompts asking the editor if they wish to keep existing order and payment detail or adjust order detail to the changed property rate and/or dates? This seems logical to me. If you have multiple leads adjusting reservations for unforeseen circumstances and no warning prompt appears to the property manager when making changes, accounting's books would be a disaster.

Import past bookings with all the information so that it shows on the inbox instead of appearing "unknown".
At the moment, when importing past bookings, they are shown as unknown in the inbox, and the PM has to manually update them from the reservation.
