  1. We should have the ability to Schedule Deposit payments, Refunds and credit card holds are an essential part of our practice. Hopefully should also work with payment systems to negotiate a refund on the transaction fees.

  2. Under "Guest Information. "Rebook this guest" does nothing but open a "new booking" window. One would assume that this button would create a new booking for the guest. That it would populate the information that was provided in the previous booking (with updated booking dates, property and guest count)... Fields are blank..

    See the attached images.. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request..

  3. Allow guests to book more than one apartment in the same location - there should be a tick box to add a shopping basket - in the shopping basket is the total number of apartments and the total prices

  4. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  5. Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

  6. I would like to remove the word "Hostfully" in payment link - bottom line "By placing your order, you agree to Hostfully's privacy policy and terms and conditions".

    If the software is truly white labeled, you technically don't want the word "Hostfully" anywhere on pieces facing the customer.

  8. Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
    Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
    As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.

  11. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

  12. Loading time is slow. This is specially noticeable with the images, that don’t seem to show until the rest of the site resources are loaded (we already optimized the size of the images, that doesn’t seem to be the reason). When looking at the loading times in the web browser inspector I see that around 2 full seconds of the loading time is loading many javascript files. The images are loaded at the very end of that process, after around 3 seconds of loading time, and until then all you see are gray rectangles.

  14. Currently, guests must put their name and email to be able to get a quote. This is prohibiting business as it is easier to go to Airbnb or VRBO to run numbers on homes...and then they may find a different home. I would love the option to be able to turn this feature off and only collect guest information when they actually book. Thank you for your consideration.

  15. It would be nice to be able to edit calendar settings (ie: no check in allowed, nightly minimums, etc) in the central calendar. Currently, you have to go into the property level and edit that information on pricing. But it's really cumbersome when you have to do it that way when you're trying to make adjustments on multiple properties frequently. We do this during big holiday seasons as we fill up, we have to block check ins/outs on certain days to help stack the calendar for our turnover crews.
