  3. As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].

    At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

  6. Although VRBO already allows for security deposit collection, having something as well for Airbnb guests would be ideal! Automating a message 1-2 weeks prior to check-in, with a link to an invoice with deposit amount would be sufficient.

    It would be up to hosts to communicate properly with guests to set expectations that this invoice will be coming prior to their arrival.

  7. My cleaner is working with 2 Agencies and whenever she logs in to the Service Provider Portal, she encounters an error. It turns out that Hostfully hasn't supported a Service Provider having more than one Agency relationship.

  9. As a PM, I would like the ability to opt for Stripe's Checkout integration for Chargeback Protection in order to protect myself from wrong chargeback claims from guests and to allow guests to pay with Apple Pay.

  11. Pre arrival form should not pre-fill guest email ID. This is most likely the Airbnb ID and then guests don't enter their own non-Airbnb ID. This defeats the purpose of asking guest to enter their email for direct booking.

  14. Booking.com reservation commission should be imported & there should be a field for this in the Enhanced Reporting just like Airbnb Host Service Fee. Sometimes I choose to pay more commission so that BDC boosts my ranking on specific dates. This makes it hard for me to show the correct Booking.com reservation commission in the Enhanced Reports.

  15. Currently, guests must put their name and email to be able to get a quote. This is prohibiting business as it is easier to go to Airbnb or VRBO to run numbers on homes...and then they may find a different home. I would love the option to be able to turn this feature off and only collect guest information when they actually book. Thank you for your consideration.

  16. As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.
