Don't require guest sign rental agreement again if they have done that for split payment.
A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.
So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

Rental agreement should be automatically updated when a reservation is modified
When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:
1/ New check-in and check-out dates
2/ New total of nights

Ability to keep the commission rate for past reports
For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.
It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

Show status on dropdown when searching a guest name
Since I have guests who book multiple properties, and also inquire on ones they don't book, when I search by name, it pulls up the list of everything and I can't tell what's a booking or inquiry. We would line to have a way to sort the pipeline so I can see all status when i search by his name, it doesn't show me the status.

complex conditions - Templates
I would like to know if its possible to have templates that I can chose when sending the reservation when they can book at pay Credit card and when I request they pay through wire/zelle as some guests I dont want to have them pay Via CC as some guests dont want to pay the CC fee. How do I set it up

Improve Charge Automation integration
Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

Ability to create a custom formula to reflect the owner payout on owner portal
Formula could be:
Owner Payout = Gross Nightly Rate Revenue - PM Commission % - Service Fee
(base on channels)or
if airbnb, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)- airbnb host service fee
if VRBO, owner payout = rent * (1-commission%)*(1-15%)etc...

Centralize sync options in Hostfully & improve PMP UI so I know what's pushed to channels
I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not. Add the nightly price to the calendar widget
I would love for the calendar widget that integrates with direct booking website to include the pricing on the available days, so if a potential guest is looking, they don't have to click on reserve to see the pricing for those dates.
