Allow user to make multiple selections per Inbox filter
We have different departments that handle guest messages at different points in time throughout a guests' "stay". For example:
- Reservation Specialist handles messages and booking modifications prior to a guests' stay.
- House Manager handles messages from guests in-stay
- Vacation Designer handles messages from booked guests and in-stay guestsThe inbox should allow the user to make multiple selections in the status and channel filters so that they can focus on the messages that apply to their work. These filters should save until the user changes them (use "apply filter" and "clear filter" logic, similar to the calendar)

Temporarily disable email on guest profile
Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

Ability to choose which fee to be charged for Airbnb Occupancy Tax
When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.
At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

Pre-Arrival form at property level
I'm working on the pre-arrival form. Some custom fields apply to one property but not the other. The problem is I don't have the ability to customize the pre-arrival form between properties. For example - for one property I need to know certain things. I don't need any of these questions for the other property and would prefer to send them a pre-arrival form with less customization.

Have ability to turn off System template for specific reservations
Yes as for our concern, some of our guest did not experience a great stay due to unwanted issues that occur and sometimes issues are out of our control. It would be helful to have an option to turn off specific review request to a guest that booked directly and have experienced an issue.
I want to turn off system template on some bookings that we don't want to send out the message.

The side popup box on Property Main Settings
The side popup box is in the way. You have to click to move it on every single page. It would be great if this were somewhere less intrusive.

I want to apply short-term and long-term cleaning fee on Booking.com just like Airbnb does

Send Now Feature
It would be useful to have a "Send Now" option on Scheduled Messages for example for those guests who want their check in instructions early.

For the photo tag on photo tab, I need to type the name the same with the tag list. There should be a drop-down for it at least

Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab defaults to Property Checkin/ Checkout time when adding lead
When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.
- Click Add lead
- Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
- Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

Stripe webhooks for cases when guests close browsers too early and payment failed to be recorded
a guest has gone in to book online the payment has been taken and processed through stripe but the booking has not gone through. Dates are not blocked and neither them nor us have recived any confirmation. This is becoming a bit of a worry as it's 3 guests now. They have all said the browser was open for ages after as they were waiting for confirmation.
