Discount Codes should be editable
Discount codes - such as for a rolling last minute discount - should be editable. It's a pain to have to delete and recreate them constantly.

Improvements to Turnover Management
When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name. Indicate Inaccessible Reports Older Than One Year
When property managers or owners click on reports older than one year (e.g., from 2023), they get an error page with no prior warning. To improve user experience, please add a clear UI indication (e.g., tooltip or banner) that reports older than one year will not be accessible. This will help manage user expectations and prevent errors.

Digital Document w/ SMS link sending integration
The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.
Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

Be able to set up time-based triggers to be fired for example 30 minutes after I receive an inquiry
I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

Support attachments / photos via WhatsApp
For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp
And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

Integrate directly with Expedia
I'd like to integrate directly with Expedia from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.
I understand some properties are distributed to Expedia if I am connected to Vrbo, though Vrbo can't guarantee that will happen and we can't request it. I can connect to Expedia through channel management partners, but they charge an extra commission. A direct connection would guarantee I am listed on that channel and save listings expenses.

In the rare case we receive a double booking, it will be useful to receive a notification so we are aware of the situation and can take immediate action.

Have AND/OR functionality when searching tags in the calendar
If I have
- tag A for property 1
- tag B for property 2
=> When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
=> Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.Right now, only properties that have both tags will show. It currently uses AND functionality.

Show Pet counts in Owner/Cleaner calendars
It would be great to show the pet count in the owner portal along with the cleaners calendar when you click on the reservation.

Auto fill information for returning guests.
There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.
For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

why would it not include cleaning tax? Can your developers update this so the formula correctly represents tax collected?
Cleaning Fee Tax seems to be separately calculated per glossary indeed.

Add a report that counts inquiries and guest communications
I would love to give owners an opportunity to see the work that goes into the communication side of this business and share with them the conversion rate of inquiries vs bookings, and the amount of times I have responded to guest communications.

Direct booking link for a group of properties
We need to direct people to make reservations at a specific set of properties, however, the only link that we have from Hostfully gives access to all listings. We would like to create a link to direct to 6 listings only.
