Besides showing which rooms are booked with guests names, it would be helpful to also see if there is a cleaner assigned to the unit at checkout (maybe linked with Turno), if the unit has scheduled maintenance on a certain day, maybe an icon showing if the guest requested early/late checkout, if the unit is blocked there is a note section for reason why it's blocked, etc.

  2. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  4. It would be helpful if the lead view has information of lead creator, something like "Created by..." and it can be pulled to Enhanced reporting. As we would love to see how our Booking Agents work.

  6. I would like to have an option that someone can add an early check in or late check out in a template email that can be set up as a trigger. It would be most helpful if the trigger went out for those who did not have a same day check in and out for the property.
    I would like this to be something they can add on the night before check in and night before check out. The current feature seems to be more for during bookings.

  7. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  8. For Airbnb reservations from 28 nights, Airbnb will split the payment into 2 transactions but in Hostfully there's 1 transaction and it shows as fully paid at the beginning while it is not.

    Payment of Long-term Airbnb reservations (from 28 nights) needs updating correctly in Hostfully.

  9. Hi team,

    At the moment, on Order details page, it shows the detailed breakdown of each tax, and tax on a tax is on a separate line.

    It's your current design and it's not possible to change on UI for now.

    However, we'd like to show tax on a tax on the same line with tax it self, basically, the total of each tax, instead of having 2 lines for 1 tax.

    it's more the details for customer invoicing that we are interested in.

  12. When I receive a Vrbo inquiry, it shows in Inbox as a guest message, which is not linked to any lead (since no checkin/checkout dates are provided) - that's by design. I want the template picker in Inbox to display in this user case so that I can pick any templates and communicate with guests.

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

  16. At the moment, if I setup auto security deposit refund. The schedule will be cancelled when bookings are cancelled. Which is tedious.

  18. In PMP, there are two types of discounts: length of stay and discount code, and neither can be retrieved via GET order request.

    Because the length of stay reduction is applied straight to the rent, there is no information about the reduced amount in the order. The discount code contains a separate line item, but there is no information about the discount in the GET order; all we see is a gap between the baseAmount and subTotal; there is no apparent indication that a discount has been applied.

  19. Sometimes triggers are failed to send due to missing factors or bugs or something else.

    In most of the cases, we can re-fire the trigger and guest can receive the message they need asap, like checkin instruction or pin-code message.

    However, in some cases, it takes a little bit longer to solve the issue due to bugs. Thus, it would be much more convenient if we can have "preview message" in Message log and copy the text and send it from our personal email for urgent cases.
