  2. Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.

    We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

  3. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  4. In the Owner Adjustment page, it would be more convenient to have "View" button so we can see the expense with note and attachment without going to "Edit".

  6. Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

  7. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  9. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  10. I love the analytic information added to the dashboard. I also enjoy the check in and check out on the dashboard for quick reference. It also is more clear than the pipeline if something is missing. But the only negative is when I realize that a step by the guest is missing and try to send a message reminding them to make a payment or fill out pre arrial information or sign the agreement, I have to go to the pipeline to do it. It would save time to be able to do it form the Dashboard. Thank you.

  14. It might be confusing between Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights in property settings. I just think people will think that the minimum stay requirement would override a minimum weekend requirement.

    It would be great to show a more detail in the tooltip to inform users that weekend minimum nights will override minimum nights field.

  20. I want to show the guest service fee charged by the channels into Hostfully. This fee is paid by guests to channels and not related to my accounting, but I want to show the total amount the guest paid.
