Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

When using VacationRentPayment, allow PMs to accept the bookings before charging the guests
If we use VacationRentPayment as a payment processor, booking requests get charged immediately. However, VRP does refund the payment processing fee on refunded transactions (if refunded within 48 hours). So the guests are getting charged before they have a confirmed reservation.
We need to change this behavior so that guests are not charged until PMs agree to take the bookings

Change default area code on Client infomation to where we located
Modify the default area code in the Client Information (Lead Detail) to match our location instead of the US code, as not all of our users are based in the US and the majority of our bookings come from within our country.

Making links mobile friendly for Booking.com guests
We currently have to resend links to most BDC guests as the current links to the pre arrival form and damage deposit don't work-especially when try from a mobile as the links are broken.

pricing strategy
It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.

Able to choose the specific date for the schedule report feature
Currently, I only can choose daily/ weekly/ monthly in Frequency field.
I want to choose a specific date instead.
For example, I need it to say it will send Monthly for the upcoming month on the 25th. The report is being sent to a team that needs to schedule their tasks for the upcoming month so getting the report on the 1st is not helpful.5 votes -
Reporting on number of Inquiries and Confirmed bookings
Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.

Recorse for confirmed, unpaid bookings if guests don't pay
At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

Support Booking.com Damage program so BDC will collect SD via PBB
At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.
I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.
