    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

    Benefits:

    Streamlined Operations: Users can manage LEIDs quickly and efficiently, without waiting for Support.

  3. we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

  5. We have customers that send inquiries and then don't come back to book. I'd like to send an automated email to follow up with them. This email should go out to customers that sent an inquiry but did not book. It should go out 3 days after their inquiry was made. So, if a customer made an inquiry and was sent a quote but 3 days later he still did not book, the email should be sent to that customer automatically (unless the lead was closed).

  13. When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

  14. Currently, I only can choose daily/ weekly/ monthly in Frequency field.
    I want to choose a specific date instead.
    For example, I need it to say it will send Monthly for the upcoming month on the 25th. The report is being sent to a team that needs to schedule their tasks for the upcoming month so getting the report on the 1st is not helpful.

  15. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  20. A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.

    So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.
