  1. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  4. Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).

    At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

  9. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

  13. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

    If a guest has an infant in there reservation, target that communication to talk about a crib and pack and play

    IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

  15. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  16. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

  17. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully. Airbnb allowed me to cancel with a waiver, but they said the would not allow it again. I had to turn off the extended stay discount. I…

  18. I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.

    In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".

    And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

  19. As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.

  20. There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.

    It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.

    I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.
