  2. RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would need to make this configurable, because many PMs would already have entered pin code in another way and would not want existing pins to be overwritten.

  3. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully. Airbnb allowed me to cancel with a waiver, but they said the would not allow it again. I had to turn off the extended stay discount. I…

  4. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  6. It would be nice to be able to designate separate Public Names for a property, depending on the OTA.

    Each OTA has different requirements/allowances for name length and special characters. Airbnb for instance limits you to 50 characters, while Vrbo allows 80.

    There seems to be no limit to the number of characters Hostfully allows for the public name, and I'm not clear what happens when the name in Hostfully exceeds the OTA's allotment of characters.

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  9. On the Property Main Settings page, add "Only allow Checkout ON" option, currently you can restrict Checkin Days but not checkout days without going to the pricing calendar and manually adding to each day you don't want to allow checkout.

  10. I have 2 templates: 1 in English and 1 in French. When I add the variable in the French template and send it to guests (with language as French), for example,
    [$PROPERTY_LIST$], it doesn't populate the title of the alternative properties in French.

  11. A common situation occurs when a property has Owner Adjustments in a given month but receives no reservations during that same period. Since Owner Adjustments are normally deducted from the revenue generated by bookings, this creates an issue: the system shows the adjustment even though there is no revenue to offset it against.

    Solution:
    Add an option for the reporting system to automatically detect when a property has Owner Adjustments in a month with no reservations and carry those adjustments forward to the next month that includes reservation revenue.

  12. It would be very helpful to support basic text formatting options in descriptions, for example bold text or simple rich text controls. This would significantly improve readability and guest experience on the Direct Booking Site, while giving PMs more control over how their content is presented.

  13. Currently, when a property is updated, the webhook event UPDATEDPROPERTY is triggered, but the payload only contains the propertyUid and the eventtype. This makes it difficult for integrators to know what changed and which endpoint should be called next.

    I would like the payload to include more granular details about the type of update, for example:

    • Pricing update

    • Photo update

    • Amenities update

    • General property details update

    • Pricing rule update, etc.

    This would allow API users to call only the relevant endpoints instead of fetching all related resources. It improves efficiency, reduces API calls, and provides clarity for event-driven…

  14. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

  16. The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.

  17. The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.

    This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.
