If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  3. On the Property Main Settings page, add "Only allow Checkout ON" option, currently you can restrict Checkin Days but not checkout days without going to the pricing calendar and manually adding to each day you don't want to allow checkout.

  4. The maximum stay on the property tab does not allow you to chose more than 59 days unless you choose unlimited. Please add 90 or 120 day etc options.

  5. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  8. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

    Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

  9. With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).

  11. I want to have the option to add rental conditions in different language.

    Then when I create template with the URL [$LEADAGREEMENTURL$] in a new language, the template, it should pull the matched language version of rental condition.

  18. we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.
