Ability To Turn Off Auto Communication for Reservation
It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.

Ability to delete Airbnb inquiries
Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…7 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

Be able to choose what days of the week are considered a weekend for using the Weekend Adjustment Rate.
Other countries consider "weekends" to be more than just Friday and Saturday.

Adjust workflow so that HelloSign contract is sent when we put emails manually for Airbnb reservations
As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.
When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.
We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

Leads to automatically expire and close after a certain amount of time
Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

The ability to create discount codes that last a specific number of days or months.
Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

Email
Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

Quickbooks Integration for Multiple Clients
I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.

Translate the template variables to the correct language when populated
I have 2 templates: 1 in English and 1 in French. When I add the variable in the French template and send it to guests (with language as French), for example,

Automatically carry Owner Adjustments to the next month when there are no reservations
A common situation occurs when a property has Owner Adjustments in a given month but receives no reservations during that same period. Since Owner Adjustments are normally deducted from the revenue generated by bookings, this creates an issue: the system shows the adjustment even though there is no revenue to offset it against.
Solution:
Add an option for the reporting system to automatically detect when a property has Owner Adjustments in a month with no reservations and carry those adjustments forward to the next month that includes reservation revenue.6 votes -
Allow bold or basic text formatting in Direct Booking Site descriptions
It would be very helpful to support basic text formatting options in descriptions, for example bold text or simple rich text controls. This would significantly improve readability and guest experience on the Direct Booking Site, while giving PMs more control over how their content is presented.

Add an option in iCal export to include checkout day for cleaning schedules
When Hostfully’s iCal feed is imported to Google Calendar, the event appears to end the night before checkout. This causes confusion for property managers and cleaners who rely on Google Calendar to see when a property is still occupied or needs cleaning.
Hostfully exports the data correctly (from check-in to check-out), but Google interprets the event as ending on the previous night. It would be very helpful to have an optional setting in the iCal export that adds one extra day to the event duration.
