  2. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  4. It would be nice to be able to designate separate Public Names for a property, depending on the OTA.

    Each OTA has different requirements/allowances for name length and special characters. Airbnb for instance limits you to 50 characters, while Vrbo allows 80.

    There seems to be no limit to the number of characters Hostfully allows for the public name, and I'm not clear what happens when the name in Hostfully exceeds the OTA's allotment of characters.

    Additionally, the names used on OTA's are often more descriptive/call out amenities, or are optimized in an attempt to make them stand out. For…

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  6. On the Property Main Settings page, add "Only allow Checkout ON" option, currently you can restrict Checkin Days but not checkout days without going to the pricing calendar and manually adding to each day you don't want to allow checkout.

  7. The maximum stay on the property tab does not allow you to chose more than 59 days unless you choose unlimited. Please add 90 or 120 day etc options.

  8. I have an increasing amount of bookings coming in via HomeToGo. There used to be a link (sync of calendar + prices + descriptions etc.) with them, but this is no longer the case.
    I would like to see this coming back as now there is a lot of manual input necessary to make sure I have all bookings in once place (Hostfully) and have my messages and triggers automated.

  9. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

  18. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.
