Automatic deduction of payment handling fee on booking.com
in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

Option to prevent certain triggers to fire for returning guests
We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before. Ability To Turn Off Auto Communication for Reservation
It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.

Add Approval Workflow for Hostfully Reviews
As a Property Manager I would like reviews from direct booking guests to go into a "pending" status for me to review, edit and approve before posting to my direct booking site or pushing through the reviews API.

Display property's star rating on the main property page of direct booking page.

RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.

Be able to choose what days of the week are considered a weekend for using the Weekend Adjustment Rate.
Other countries consider "weekends" to be more than just Friday and Saturday.

Promo Codes
On my direct marketing I want to include a promo code but I don't want to allow certain dates to be booked with this code i.e. peak times.
It would be great if I could select one or more date groups to exclude.

Webhook for Removed Blocked Dates
Hey,
We have access to a webhook which tells us when dates are blocked out but there isn't one for when the dates are removed.
We currently use the webhoooks to be notified of new/cancelled bookings and new blocked dates. Our internal system gets updated with the dates but once the blocked dates are removed our systems do not get notified of this change.
It would be great if it could register an update to the webhook "BOOKING_CANCELLED" or even have a new one that we can set up.

The ability to create discount codes that last a specific number of days or months.
Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

Allow Custom Data fields to be used in email subject lines
Even though you can use custom data fields in the email body, it appears that you cannot use them i the subject line. This seems like an oversight.

Add Different Public Names to Properties for Different OTA's
It would be nice to be able to designate separate Public Names for a property, depending on the OTA.
Each OTA has different requirements/allowances for name length and special characters. Airbnb for instance limits you to 50 characters, while Vrbo allows 80.
There seems to be no limit to the number of characters Hostfully allows for the public name, and I'm not clear what happens when the name in Hostfully exceeds the OTA's allotment of characters.

Integrate with Avalara
Eliminate the need to manually report and pay for taxes collected through our merchant account through third party applications like Avalara Mylodge Tax. Please create an API with Avalara to report and pay for monthly State and local taxes. This functionality already exists with VRBO but it is not available if you're an integrated property.

Quickbooks Integration for Multiple Clients
I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.
