  1. Apologize for my frustration, but owners need some kind of notification if messages don’t go out. The message wouldn’t be sent if it wasn’t important, so please let owners know your system is not working so they can resend. Thank you

  2. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)

  4. I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.

    However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.

    It's really inconvenient.

  5. Inventory sharing between Hostfully users. Similar to Streamline's service StreamShare. EX: One Hostfully user in North Florida could share inventory with a Hostfully user in South Florida if both parties agree to a profit share partnership. Built in affiliant % from the Hostfully platfrom.

  7. In the CRM feature where I can look at a guest profile, in the Guest History section, please add a time stamp next to the date. When we have guests submit multiple quote requests on our website, it’s helpful to be able to see which order they came through so that I know which is most recent.

  8. Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  14. I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.

  15. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  19. I would like a monthly summary of the amount owed each owner all on one report instead of the line by line amounts. This would make it much easier for me to know what I need to send owners each month instead of having it all be on a separate report for every owner.

  20. Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?
