Add template for email forwarding
Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.
At the moment, it's not showing in system template so we cannot modify it.

Include Payment Dates for Long-Term Airbnb Bookings in Reports
Add a report feature that displays the dates and amounts of each payment Airbnb submits for long-term bookings. This would help property managers track transactions with multiple payments more easily.

Spell check
I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!

replacing photos
It would be great to be able to "replace" or "update" a single photo right at the photo you want to replace. This way I don't have to drag the new photo after uploading it all the way from the bottom, describe, tag it, and map it all over again.
I'm always changing things out in a room and needing to re-shoot so my expectations remain as 'what you see, is what you get'1 vote -
Add Hospy and Checkin triggers/channel
It will be great to add those channels as part of the triggers options. That way we could automate specific messages to guests coming from them.

Custom dates and this v. that analytics
The ability to see on one screen; day, week, month, individual selected quarters and year comparisons for property or all properties. More options with the reporting overall.
EX: March 25 v March 24, March 23 etc.

Property Tag filter in Analytics page
I've added tags to all of our properties and its great. I can now filter properties using the tags on the calendar etc. But I can't seem to filter using the tags on the analytics page where this would be particularly useful.

Highlight back-to-back bookings on mobile app
Allow PMs to see which check-in / check-out are back to back, in order to see the importance in terms of priority.

Add & remove extra services charges to a booking
- we can add and remove a chargeable service to existing boooking
- have a payment link (Stripe) for an extra payment if required
- and I believe refund is already supported through order balance when it becomes negative (I hope)
- it has to work for any OTA, not only for direct bookings
This is useful if you want to charge for early check-in or late check-out, for example. And any other additional services an agency may have.

Unable to add extra note to archived leads
Ability to modify archived leads including Airbnb leads because we need to input Extra note/ Private note about guest's stay and other details.

Be able to fire manually a trigger even if the variable $LEAD_CONTRACT URL] doesn't have a signed contract
In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.
