  3. I did and they said it was a platform issue. It’s grayed out and cannot be updated in Airbnb. I’ll just have to remove the info for now to get around it and try between the 2 systems to display best info to guests.

  4. When I mapped the fees with "Air-conditioning fee" with Airbnb channel, it results in the error "This fee type cannot be defined as online fee."

    It's said that offline fees are not supported at the moment. I would like to map offline fees with Airbnb

  5. Current behavior,
    - Go to the calendar
    - Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
    - However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.

    => We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included
    1. lead check-in date
    2. lead check-out date
    3. number of guests

  6. When a property has booking mode as Inquiry, from direct booking site or booking widget, option shows as "Get a quote".

    However, when a property has booking mode as Booking Request or Instand Booking, this option shows as "Book now".

    But for Booking Request mode, when continuing to proceed with a booking, there is a small note at the top of the page that states, "guest must wait for the property manager to accept it and payment will be processed accordingly." which is quite confused and guest can easily miss that note.

    I think it would be much more clear…

  7. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  8. have been having lots of owners with concerns about the owners portal as it is very basic and not showing much to them. On our other plattform Lodgify, they could see much more like fees breakdown, messages from clients, the jobs created etc.
    Is there a way where owners can see Jobs and more info other than what they see?
    I have set them up in full permissions and it is still very empty which is causing owners to not like the way we are managing it etc. Transparency is very important to us.

  11. Have a Custom Template email (discounted ski lift ticket) go to incoming guests but ONLY for winter bookings, for example

    I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).

  12. Now that Airbnb and VRBO both have restrictions on the number of characters for Public Name and Long Description, it would be extremely helpful and more streamline to make those adjustments. Instead I'll have to copy and past into a word doc and the paste back into. It's kinda clumsy and time consuming as I have 20+ properties to adjust. Unless I am missing it somewhere. :)

  14. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  15. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  16. Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

    => Lead details only apply to checkin/out DATES, not times. We don’t currently have a way to send times from the Lead details to the lock providers.
    On remote lock, the check-in and out time is used as the default check-in/ checkout.

    PM wants to have the option to change the activated pincode time when he wants to offer early check in or late check out.

  18. As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

  19. The new DBS is generating a very long property URL link.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  20. As a property manager, upon receiving a Booking.com reservation, there are occasions when the credit card may fail to charge for various reasons. However, I face limitations in reporting an invalid card to request a new one from the guest or to request cancellation due to an invalid credit card. This limitation arises because I lack access to the credit card's CVC code, which is now transmitted via API and cannot be viewed on the Extranet anymore.
