  1. We understand that Turnover days apply for "reservations" and do not apply for "blocks".
    However, we want turnover days to be applied to all sub units as well.

  2. Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…

  3. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  7. For last minute bookings, we send out additional documentation to verify the guest. I would like to have this sent automatically upon booking by adding complex trigger to say Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.

  8. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

  11. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

  15. It'll be very usefull since the guest would know their numbers, and it'll be a lot easier for them to remember the door codes. It'll help us hostfully users too by eliminating the need to create a code that a guest can remember manually for each guest.

  16. Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

  17. Make Damage/Security Deposits able to be 'PreAuthorized' and not a charge. This scares some Guests off.

    And make the timing of the PreAuthorization able to be set as to when this is taken.

  18. To have a check box that offers a refund other than just a check box for the refund confirmation.
    Maybe even a space to give a reason for that refund so you can refer back to it if there is ever an issue that arises.

  19. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

  20. Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
    The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.
