  2. I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

  4. At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
    I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.

  5. We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before.   9. I want to add action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block". When an owner creates a block on their calendar we want to be able to automate and create a trigger to create a job because that owner block is an owner stay.

    Note that you can now schedule automated refunds from the Hostfully platform, so this makes manual refunds less valuable.

  15. The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.

    If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.

  20. After create local recommendations under "properties", there is no possibility to edit the recommendation. If we need to delete a specific recommendation, we need to reach out support and ask them to remove, which doesn't make sense that we can add, but we cannot delete.
