  3. When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  5. big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
    This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.

  6. This is just one example of a condition, but triggering conditions should support both "positive" and "negative" scenarios. For instance, triggering a form when "pre-arrival details NOT received" 3 days prior to check-in. I've seen this functionality in other channel managers, and it's very convenient. A basic use case like sending a reminder because pre-arrival hasn't been completed is incredibly useful. Thanks!

  9. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

  12. Property managers often encounter last-minute bookings where guests check in on the same day the booking is made. In such cases, there are typically two triggers:

    1/ An instant trigger for the event of NEW_BOOKING,

    2/ A time-based event trigger for BEFORESTAYSTARTS, which allows to fire after the check-in time.

    However, when both events are scheduled for the same time, there is currently no hierarchy or guarantee on the order in which these triggers will fire. As a result, the BEFORESTAYSTARTS trigger might send a message before the NEW_BOOKING event, leading to confusion and operational inefficiencies.

  13. As an international booking platform, we believe it is essential to provide the option to customise the date and time format. This would allow hosts in various countries to adopt the widely-used European system of a 24-hour clock and day-month-year format.

    Implementing this feature would enhance clarity and professionalism in the automated messages sent to guests, ensuring the information aligns with their regional expectations and reducing potential misunderstandings.

    Could you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

  15. As we add new Custom Templates and Triggers, they simply are added at the bottom of the list. We would like to be able to move those into a logical order to make it easier to see we haven't missed any and to find ones that need changing or deleting.

  17. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  18. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  19. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.
