  3. When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  4. This is just one example of a condition, but triggering conditions should support both "positive" and "negative" scenarios. For instance, triggering a form when "pre-arrival details NOT received" 3 days prior to check-in. I've seen this functionality in other channel managers, and it's very convenient. A basic use case like sending a reminder because pre-arrival hasn't been completed is incredibly useful. Thanks!

  5. big issue with the guests because whenever they make a direct reservation, the confirmation shows in big letters "Sign Up For A Free Hostfully Account Here".
    This confuses the guests and they have to clarify each time they don't actually need to register for any account since they are only booking a reservation.

  9. As we add new Custom Templates and Triggers, they simply are added at the bottom of the list. We would like to be able to move those into a logical order to make it easier to see we haven't missed any and to find ones that need changing or deleting.

  10. I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

  11. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  12. Being able to filter properties to specific websites. E.g. 1 website with the search widget only shows 5 out of 10 listings on that website, with another website showing the other 5 listings.

  13. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

  15. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  18. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  20. Property managers often encounter last-minute bookings where guests check in on the same day the booking is made. In such cases, there are typically two triggers:

    1/ An instant trigger for the event of NEW_BOOKING,

    2/ A time-based event trigger for BEFORESTAYSTARTS, which allows to fire after the check-in time.

    However, when both events are scheduled for the same time, there is currently no hierarchy or guarantee on the order in which these triggers will fire. As a result, the BEFORESTAYSTARTS trigger might send a message before the NEW_BOOKING event, leading to confusion and operational inefficiencies.
