  3. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  4. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

  5. The idea is for our owners to see the entire amount the guest pays, including the cost of cleaning.

    We, as an agency, pay local taxes on the entire amount paid by the guest, i.e. the amount of stay and cleaning combined. If the owner sees a different amount, our settlements with him cannot be consistent and correct in any way. We would like him to see the total amount paid by the guest - for the stay and cleaning together

  6. Able to add Internal Guest Notes/Rating from App, Add our own custom items to rate (ex. check out procedures), and to add photos/videos to internal guest notes. Would be helpful to be able to review a guest in internal guest notes while at the homes during inspection period to assist in the review period and by saving the photos/videos in internal guest notes it would assist in any claims that would need to be made.

  7. Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
    "Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.

    Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.

  8. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

  9. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.

  11. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

    (1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date
    (2) Configure codes for a minimum night stay so that we can tier offers (ex 10% off when you stay 3 nights, 20% off for 10 nights)

  18. We have a booking page, generated by HF, on our website, currently the flow is
    - Guest enter the date > click on "see all properties"
    - Then the properties that match with the search date will be able to shown.
    - Guest can pick a suitable option from here to book with you.

    Is there a way to skip' the display of the first page and have visitors land directly on the second one without having to click the 'see all properties' button first?

  20. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name. The turnover management coding and design could use an all around glowup. The system as it is seems…
