  2. The receipt should show the actual amount paid by the guest and not the order total. If a guest has a balance left or has not paid for the security deposit, it is inaccurate for their receipt to include this.

  3. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

    The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

    Customizable Timeframes:
    Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).

  8. I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.

    Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

  11. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  13. As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

  14. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  20. The idea is for our owners to see the entire amount the guest pays, including the cost of cleaning.

    We, as an agency, pay local taxes on the entire amount paid by the guest, i.e. the amount of stay and cleaning combined. If the owner sees a different amount, our settlements with him cannot be consistent and correct in any way. We would like him to see the total amount paid by the guest - for the stay and cleaning together
