Variable to pull information on the Services added
We would like to have a variable on auto messages that can say whether some has booked a service or not. For example, we have hot tub as an additional service, and we want to notify the owners that they selected a hot tub.

Please include the agency pricing period name in the pop up box on the property pricing page.
After you click on one of agency pricing periods on the property, it opens a pop up box with the ability to edit the pricing, minimum night stay, and restricting check-in/out. I’d like to be able to see the name of the season I’m editing not just the dates. Also if I have previously input a price and minimum night stay, I’d like those to remain, or have a “previously set” display so I can know if these have already been edited.

On the set agency pricing periods pop up it would be great if it could show what prices and minimum night stays have already been set, rather than having to look at those dates on the calendar to check them, particularly since on save, the calendar moves back to today, rather than remaining on the 2025 screen.

Support Booking.com Damage program so BDC will collect SD via PBB
At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.
I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

Have a booking view and a price view on the calendar for mobile app
There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

Ability to use the info from the Pre-arrival form with Mailchimp
we collect all guest data with pre arrival forms so want that other guest information to be exported to marketing platform.
Also would like other segmented information on the guest exported.
Where they stayed property/city
When they stayed month/ season /date etc
Dob
Reason for stayingSo that marketing campaigns can be tagged to specific segments
Eg you stayed in Stanthorpe last winter book again this year before things get busy

Allow setting future dates on Owner Adjustments
With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

Calendar filter should take into account check in/out restrictions and turnover days when filtering by available date
When searching availability for a specific date range, the results do not take into account turnover days and check in and out restrictions

Adding tax field for Guest Service on Direct booking site
Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..

"Day of the Week" message without active stays
At the moment, the condition "Day of the Week is" can only be sent along with the condition "Stay is Active".
We would like the ability to have "day of the week" messages be sent to our Service Providers regardless of if there's an active stay or not.

Synchronization of refund statuses between our lead orders and Stripe transactions.
Context
* Refund issued in the lead order.
* Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

Compare pricing current vs. same period last year
I want to compare pricing last year to this year.
4 votes% comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).
First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year.
Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

Changes to Account Status page
- Include an Auto Pay enabled status, and the ability to turn on/off the Auto Pay
- Include the Account Payment begin/end dates.
These features are standard on virtually all that are subscription-based.

Printer-friendly button to print out the order
I want a printer -friendly button in Hostfully so I can print out the order with the entire breakdown of all the charges and taxes separately .

Push Breezeway Add-ons / Pet cleaning turnovers
A new integration for Hostfully to send over Pet count to Breezeway can be very helpful so we can see when guests have pets. Pet cleaning turnovers require extra cleaning and take longer. So we need this info to be in Breezeway.

Add quick links to owner dashboard
We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.
