Suggestion - Mobile View Searches
When you are searching properties on the mobile view, the (next) page buttons 1, 2, 3 are ONLY at the top - they should also be at the bottom. Reason
1) It is more convenient than scrolling all the way back to the top and
2) When guests get to the bottom they think that is itAlso, in the search bar, you should include a search perimeter for Complex or property descriptions. So if someone is looking specifically for a rental in "Sunrise" condo, they don't have to go thru 10 pages to find it.

Be able to print the DBS page with guest and quote detail in PDF
After adding the lead details, dates and fees, client information, dates, amenities, and payment conditions.

Add condition condition unavailable date for booking inquiry
At the moment, we don't have any condition to filter out booking inquiry with unavailable dates so we can automate the booking inquiry sending process for those type of guests.
I can figure out the template side, but not the trigger side.
I get a lot of inquiries from non-Airbnb guests for dates that aren’t available at the specific property, but are available at similar properties. I don’t always manually reply until hours later, when it’s too late.

Have VRP processing fee supported in the report
I currently have a report called master owner report. I use vacation rent payment which takes a range of 3.5 - 3.99% for processing and I need that subtracted from the total payment before it is divided by 80% and 20% for owner and manager.
the processing fee is not always 3.99%. it is 3.99% for American Express cards but 3.5% for all other cards.It would be great to have processing fee variable supports for payment processor VRP

Hide notes from Airbnb calendar after a reservation/block has been cancelled/removed
As a PM, I would like the note that contains the Hostfully UID to be removed from the Airbnb calendar when the reservation/block is cancelled or removed so that the calendar on Airbnb is clear.
From the attached screenshot, the open date has the note Block uid=…., which is confusing. It makes me think that the date is not available while it is.

Agency Percentage Based on Nightly Rate vs. Gross Revenue
Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.
It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

Improve Owners display on the Owners page
I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

Apply turnover days for blocks if they're master-sub
We understand that Turnover days apply for "reservations" and do not apply for "blocks".

Create a trigger option for security deposits that haven't been refunded yet
Something like complex condition where 10 days after stay ends and security deposit received and security deposit not returned.

Easily edit font and format in message templates
Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?
Also, templates sent to Airbnb and Vrbo sometimes have extra spaces or line breaks where they don't show in the template editor in Hostfully

Booking.com SCA Requirements
As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

Guest Information report based on arrival dates
We would wish to add a report that I can run, similar to the custom logistics report, that shows our guests contact information, check in - out dates, as well as sorting based on arrival date.

Refunds showing in reports
I want to pull the refund amount after a reservation is canceled in the booking report.
3 votesRefunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.
We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.
This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

Hide Inactive property in the list when creating leads
I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.
I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates
Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

Ability to continuously update Arrival Form
The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.
