Ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 different owners
I would like to have the ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 separate phones.
Many of the properties that we manage have multiple owners and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to each owner. In a lot of cases (such as this one), the multiple owners are a married couple and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to both the husband and the wife.

Notes section to push to selective channels
At the moment, the Notes section is pushed to Airbnb, Hostfully, Vrbo and Marriott.
We have different notes for each channel, especially the Notes for direct booking site, we want different version for direct site only.
We'd love to have a feature to only push Notes section to some selective channels.

iCal synchronization can keep the past reservations
iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.
We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.
We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

Ability to see owner balance/due without running reports
We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.
By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

Display Stripe Fees in Order Details
When Property Manager views payment details, please provide a breakdown of the Stripe Fees (the ones from Stripe/Hostfully).
Show a breakdown of Payment and invoice amount.2 votesWe can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

Block nights before launching of new listing from HF to other channels
When setting a new property directly at Hostfully (HF) to export it to other channels, an option to block dates before launching will make it easier instead of creating and then going to calendar to block dates.

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…7 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

Expand the timeline of the new calendar
Currently the calendar is limited to 6 months in the past and 15 months in the future.

Why should it be that the creation of an email template should be tested on a live guest? Please allow the ability to send a test email to confirm that the email appears the way it is intended.

Reminder about how making changes on Hostfully affects unlisted or snoozed listings on Airbnb
Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

Add incoming airbnb review as a trigger
Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).

Inbox should record all messages sent to guests
System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.
We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

Support showing photos in Where you'll sleep section even when the room doesn't have beds
At the moment, only rooms with beds are listed under “Where you’ll sleep“ on Airbnb, even if you assign a photo to a room that does not have beds, the photo will not be shown in the “Where you’ll sleep“ section.
However, if the listing wasn't connected to Hostfully, everything can be set on Airbnb normally. Living rooms which don't have beds still can show photos. The living room photos now disappears upon connecting with Hostfully.

RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration
RemoteLock pincode should be automatically created for future leads created before the integration. At the moment, the integration is not backward compatible, and I need to resave the previous applicable leads to get synced with RemoteLock.
