Hide Inactive property in the list when creating leads
I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.
I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates
Would it be possible to submit a feature request to add a “default block” to a calendar where you just selectively unblock dates similar to the feature that airbnb has? It really is very helpful for properties in which the host lives most of the time but just wants to unblock for certain dates. I would love to see this feature in Hostfully.

Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.
Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.
The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

Seasonal discounts for extended stay
It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.
5 votesHello Richard, have you tried using the discount code feature we provide? You can create discount codes that are only valid at particular times of the year. You can decide to grant those codes only to guest who extend their stay, or any particular rules you'd want to apply.

Hide notes from Airbnb calendar after a reservation/block has been cancelled/removed
As a PM, I would like the note that contains the Hostfully UID to be removed from the Airbnb calendar when the reservation/block is cancelled or removed so that the calendar on Airbnb is clear.
From the attached screenshot, the open date has the note Block uid=…., which is confusing. It makes me think that the date is not available while it is.

Consolidate all fields in all types of enhanced report
In enhanced reports tab, I noticed that the financial report seems to have almost all fields available to add in the report, but in other types of report some fields are not available.
For instance, I need to build a report for the government regarding tourist tax. I would love to add the tag of the guest in this report, because that is a workaround I have found to include the origin country of the guest in the report (by the way it would be useful to have a field for the country of the guest).

Properties TAB
When we need to update a property, we go to main menu then properties. We click in a specific property to update. If we want to update another one, we have to go again to the main manu, properties and click on the new property. It should have a toogle to change from all availables properties without the need to back to the main menu

Check box "Send copy to Agency" for custom templates
The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.
This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.
This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

Channel performance report
Hi team,
We'd like to have a report to determine what percentage of bookings come from each booking platform. For example I would like to be able to see what percent of bookings come from Airbnb, BDC, etc.
For now, it's possible to run Property performance report or any others, but the Channel performance one for agency.

Add conditions of IF (a) THEN send (a') template
We'd love to have to create a template and then a trigger for that template using if / then condition.
Example - IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

To have the ability to change some information and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are already reserved or the lead status.
When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…2 votesThis sounds like a bug - we'll need to first reproduce this and will fix it if confirmed.
