Improve "Available Properties" email
The price quoted in the email is deceptively high and would scare off guests since it is the total including the deposit and all fees. I would think that if they clicked on one of the properties in the email that it would show them a breakdown of how that figure was calculated. But it just takes them to the listing. Not a quote. ---Personally I'd prefer if this email would publish the nightly rate instead. Let the guests see all the fees and deposits later. This email should entice them, not scare them off.

Quickbooks Integration for Multiple Clients
I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.

Amenities - Alphabetized!
It takes me a very long time to go through the list of Amenities because it isn't alphabetized .... even if no one else wanted it that way, I would love the ability to be able to manage it so I can see it in a way that makes it much faster for me to go through ... also am very confused as to why the "Baby high chair" is listed under "indoor" amenities instead of under the "family" section. Would also be great to have the ability to add an amenity to a specific section (i.e. Fire Pit could…

Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully
Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

Private Feedback in Reviews
Add a tool to view the "private feedback' guests leave with their public review. This is where important property info is often left, and is very valuable info to pass along to supply stockers and maintenance.

A Formula or link to Airbnb's Transaction History.
When running an owner report, the total reflects the entire cost of the reservation. When a guest stays for 2 or more months, Airbnb breaks up your payouts in 30 day increments. I would like to pay may owner's what I actually received for that month. If I pay the entire reservation and the guest cancels mid-stay, I would have to ask for money back from the owner. The Transaction History also accounts for guest resolutions. i.e. charges for damage or refunds for guest inconveniences.

Push Length of Stay Discounts to Booking.com
As a property manager, I'd like to be able to push the length of stay discount at the bottom of the pricing tab in Hostfully to Booking.com. This is not currently possible due to Hostfully not supporting multiple rate plans in Booking.com. Please vote on this idea if you would like this implemented.

Create extra condition in TRIGGER so you can tell system NOT to send IF something has already been received.
In extra conditions when creating trigger you should be able to tell the system to NOT send trigger IF for example rental agreement has already been signed. NOT send trigger IF for example pre-arrival has already been filled out.
It makes no sense and it quite annoying for guests to continue to get requests for something that they have already completed, but in order to automate the only way to ensure these important forms are completed is to keep sending reminders regardless if they have already completed the request.

Multiple rentals in one transaction
A guest should be able to select multiple properties/ room and pay for them all in one transaction instead of having to have multiple transactions for each one

Trigger for updated owners blocks
We need a trigger for when owners amend/edit blocked dates. At present we receive one when they block or delete dates but not when they edit dates. (Ie; if they change the dates from 5 nights to 7)
This is really important for ensuring we have accurate information for our owner stays.9 votes -

Sometimes guests do not see the emails that are sent. Would it be possible to flag messages coming from Hostfully as important to help guests see those messages?

I'd like to be able to modify the Booking Confirmation web page (not message), in order to be able to add Google Tag Manager tracking to it, and pass booking details into the tracking code:

multiple method for each message
The current template and trigger section is cluttered. You have to create the same message several times if you want to send it out via airbnb message and a duplicate message to send via email and another duplicate for sms.
There should be only one message and a checkbox for each delivery method.7 votes -
Allow multiple owner access per property
We have multiple owners on some of our homes, it would be nice to allow all separate access to the homes so if they need to block out dates or make changes we could know who is accessing the site.
