Adjustments to auto update commission
If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

Support HH:MM format for property check-in/out time under Main Settings
I want to set property's check-out time to be 10:30. At the moment, the supported values are [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23].

Enable inbox filtering for messages from guests that haven't been replied to yet
The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.
Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

Require government ID for all guests in a booking party.
Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

Extended credit-card holds for security deposits
Make Damage/Security Deposits able to be 'PreAuthorized' and not a charge (this scares some guests off), all the way until the guest checks out.

Auto refund cancelled reservations based on cancellation policy
For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

Get a notification when an Airbnb guest needs to alter their reservation.
When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.
I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

Edit font/ color of Owner report
The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.
If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.

Manually add customer info into customer data section
In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

Adding dates to reports under Owner Portal > Statements
As an owner, I cannot easily tell which report is which from Owner Portal. It'd be better if we can add the date to when the report was sent, or the date range to Owner Portal > Statements.
