  1. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  4. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

  7. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

  10. It'll be very usefull since the guest would know their numbers, and it'll be a lot easier for them to remember the door codes. It'll help us hostfully users too by eliminating the need to create a code that a guest can remember manually for each guest.

  11. To have a check box that offers a refund other than just a check box for the refund confirmation.
    Maybe even a space to give a reason for that refund so you can refer back to it if there is ever an issue that arises.

  12. Right now, one of our client's properties that we manage is listed at the bottom of the direct book site on the left side when scrolling properties. While our properties that we own are listed above. I'd like to be able to move this property up the left side that shows all properties.

  13. Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
    The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.

  14. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  15. I would like the ability to add a checklist to each guest. I currently use a checklist that I mark off for each guest, but it is in excel. I would love to be able to link a checklist to each guest so that I see it within Hostfully and I don't have to go outside of the software to utilize it. Is this possible, or is something like this available within Hostfully now?

  16. Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?

    We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

  17. You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.

    It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.
