Accurate booking value in owner portal calendar
In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.
Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

Discount Codes should be editable
Discount codes - such as for a rolling last minute discount - should be editable. It's a pain to have to delete and recreate them constantly.

Add "Yesterday" range option to schedule daily reports

Create an option for a minimum reservation amount
I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.
For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.
This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

Improve "minimum price rule" logic
When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.
We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.

Able to modify the direct booking site layout with the smaller map layout
with the new direct booking site, your design uses almost the entire page for a map, and it frankly just does not look good, and in our opinion is not a good use of space.
I would like to request the ability to modify the layout so the map is not as prominent as it is? Has anyone else commented on this?4 votes -
Compress/scale images on booking site
We upload high resolution images for our properties, so that any scaling that needs to be done by various platforms starts with the best possible quality.
When the new DBS went live, it looks like it's using the full resolution. This means it's downloading dozens of 15-20MB images for each property, which is obviously very slow.
AirBNB, as one example, rescales the listing images into webp format for listings. Not sure what other platforms do, but it would be nice to have the high resolution images in hostfully, and push those out to platforms that support it to let them…

Cancel Airbnb reservations do not have all the same options as Airbnb. there should also be an option that the guest isn't following your rules

Variable Data Support for "Discount Code" Used Inside Inquiry / Booking form on the Direct Hostfully Booking Site
We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. We could easily accomplish this if the "Discount Code" entered during check out was included with each Guests Booking Profile and available as a variable data report for us to drop…

Show discounts on quotes as negative line items
When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).
On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

Have internal thumbnail image as a variable for quote messages.
The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!

Having 2 Hostfully iCal links: 1 is for bookings, 1 is for blocks
Hostfully has 1 iCal link showing both blocks and bookings at the moment. It would be great if there're 2 separated iCal links: 1 for bookings, 1 for blocks
