  1. When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

  5. At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

  6. PM would like the ability to add a long stay exemption to channels other than Airbnb.
    Example: ignore a tax charge of 2$ per night for a guest staying for over 29 nights through Vrbo.

  7. Apologize for my frustration, but owners need some kind of notification if messages don’t go out. The message wouldn’t be sent if it wasn’t important, so please let owners know your system is not working so they can resend. Thank you

  10. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)

  11. Currently, I only can choose daily/ weekly/ monthly in Frequency field.
    I want to choose a specific date instead.
    For example, I need it to say it will send Monthly for the upcoming month on the 25th. The report is being sent to a team that needs to schedule their tasks for the upcoming month so getting the report on the 1st is not helpful.

  12. it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

  13. It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

  16. At the moment, we can only force sync at property level.

    let say i change my cancellation policy in all my listings and i did it with my bulk edit tool

    i have to click one by one in the sync button to push the update to Airbnb instantly.

    I'd like to force sync to multiple or all properties at once to save time

  17. Add the ability for guest's to have to sign or initial the rental conditions within the document (such as if you have a specific section you want them to note), not just the overall document.

    And/Or the ability to add multiple required signed forms such as adding a liability form for kayaks/bikes/etc.

  18. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  20. I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.

    However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.

    It's really inconvenient.
