  1. The product release notes are already published on Hostfully's website, so it seems like it should be easy to set up a subscription button that pushes update notifications out as soon as they're posted.

  2. It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

    Hold requested for LMS 13 PAX by *****@yahoo.com
    The property has been put on hold.

  3. It would be so helpful if we could create a new color code for the calendar so we can know when we transfer somebody over that block has a specific color so we know that it’s not a block that is a transfer from another property

  5. As I am in a municipal that Airbnb is the only registered platform with the city to accept any booking under 30 days, I still want the opportunity which I can list at other OTAs, but instead of that, I would need the option to list 30days+ in other OTAs.

  9. Good morning,
    I would like to do 3 calendars in one property. As hotels do. Because I have 3 similar properties at the same building, once I have 3 different advertisements, I would like to have 1 advertisement only, but 3 calendars

    It's because The guest will stop to ask with it is the same property because they look the same. It would show less opportunities in the area and the guest would think fast to book the property.

  14. It appears that at the Order details page, there’s no Notes box to leave a note where the payment comes from.
    We have a Notes box for Record a payment action, but no such box for Add manual transaction.

    Specifically, for Stay and Archived leads, there's no Record a payment button, so users have to use Add manual transaction and couldn't add any notes there.

  15. We noticed that when we get inquiries, it puts a hold on the dates. It would be great if we could disable this. We sometimes have guests request random dates just to get in contact with us and it creates a block on the dates even though they aren't planning on staying.

  16. Sometimes guests need Invoices, it would be easier if they could request an invoice from their Guest Portal > Property managers receive an email about that request and manually send them their Statement Invoice via Hostfully Inbox

  17. If I try to delete the security deposit. When I click on "update property" the security deposit is "filled" again. when I delete the security deposit and left it blank, it returns to the last amount after update it.
    So, when I put "0" (zero) it changed. I believe that the system should understand when it is blank, it is zero.

    If it is blank, it is zero or "not applied" for the property. It is not necessary an additional step to set the option to zero. If we left blank, system should understand that I don't want this option…

  18. When I accepted Airbnb booking request from Inbox, the lead status in Hostfully did not change. So I tried to accept it again and got the error message "AxiosError: Request failed with status code 400".

    After checking with Support, we figured out it's because payment was pending from guest.

    So if the message is made more clear for future errors, it would be more understandable and helpful.

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  20. Ability to adjust property description for Direct booking site only such as input the information that Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host.

    It would be great to have some way to make the hostfully page have a different description. I'm sure many of your owners/hosts have this distinction of super host, etc. Would be great to be able to advertise that on our direct booking site.

    This way when people find our website either through previous guests and/or social media campaigns, they know that we are a trusted host based on our experience with Airbnb and VRBO, but they don't…
