  1. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  5. The reason the prospect is not moving forward with transitioning from Guesty to Hostfully is due to not having grandchild listing. We have parent child listing, but Guesty allows you to have parent/child/grandchild listing which she needs.

  14. Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.

    We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

  15. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  18. Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

  19. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?
