  1. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

  2. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

  4. On web browsers, It's difficult for us to keep up with new messages since we don't get notified when we receive them. It would be helpful if we could get a sound or push notification even to aware about the message.

  5. Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.

    Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

  8. They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review

    This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.

  9. In the Pre-Arrival Form yo allow fields for each guest to give government ID details and not just the Primary guest. In Portugal we need to submit the ID details for each guest to a government website.

    Or at least for the custom field to allow for multiple attachments so they can attach their ID's. The former would be better so we do not have to subscribe for another software like Checkin which does that.

  11. VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.

    We will fix this. Now, please note that, while most modern devices and SMS apps will display line breaks as intended, older devices or certain carrier systems may ignore line breaks and display the message as a single block of text.

  14. We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.

    E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

  15. With the recent changes to Owner Adjustments, we can no longer create an Adjustment with a date in the future. This is very important for us to be able to enter adjustments that we be recognized in the future and don't want to forget to enter it.

  17. It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.

    For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

  18. More details: I want to export all of my reviews so I can utilize them in copy and other materials. Also, I have a tool that uses AI to analyze the details of my reviews so I can see what people generally like and/or can improve on.
