  1. Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.

    Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.

Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  5. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  8. I have a trigger set-up to send my cleaner a message when a booking has been revised, the intent is if dates change, and for some reason she is getting updates for lots of non related items.

    I want a condition in triggers so she only gets updates when the dates change.

  10. It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.

  11. iCal sync can keep the past reservations. While we use this feature since we use all apple products and for our owners.

    We manage several properties and all of our owners use iCal to view bookings or put blocks on for themselves. We also use this for the cleaning business we run. It allows us to have all of our rental cleanings and bookings in one spot, and allows our customers and clients to add dates themselves, taking the burden off of us. Our rental cleanings don't use Hostfully.

    We are just trying to keep all of our calendar items…

  15. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  16. I would like to edit the blue bubble for the provider and change the color like i want. When we watch the calendar we can see rapidly who is working.
    Or, when we pass the arrow on the bubble we see '' 1 job'', I would like to see the name of the provider.

  17. I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.

    In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".

    And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

  18. Have the leader booker review and agree to the Rental Conditions when completing the Pre-Arrival Form (not just the House Rules). The rental conditions are more in depth (while the House Rules are a basic overview of desirable guest behavior).

  19. As a PM, I’d find it helpful to have more details (listing, booking, …) to Airbnb inquiry. At the moment, it just shows up in Inbox with no further details, and can be tricky to get the full context for a proper response.

  20. As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.
