  1. When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

  2. Currently, I only can choose daily/ weekly/ monthly in Frequency field.
    I want to choose a specific date instead.
    For example, I need it to say it will send Monthly for the upcoming month on the 25th. The report is being sent to a team that needs to schedule their tasks for the upcoming month so getting the report on the 1st is not helpful.

  4. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  9. A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.

    So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

  10. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  11. At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

  12. Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.

    Add "Booking Date", "Status", and "Property" to the list in the Sort by drop down.

  14. For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.

  17. My booking widget is attached to different websites. I want to know which website the booking has come from (where the booking calendar widget is) so I can provide different commission rates to different websites.

    At the moment, the website source is only visible when leads arrive to dashboard page, it's hard for us to check how many bookings are there.

  19. Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.

    It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.

  20. Currently, there's no field to add Tax rate and to apply the tax per night/stay/hour/person/pet etc..
    It would be great if we can add those fields so PM can have the correct tax on the custom fees applied for Direct Booking site
