When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  6. it would be really convinient if instead of having to create a trigger for a message to go out, that maybe certain trigger words that guests send would be able to trigger a response. For example, if a guest forgets the door code and the send a message asking "What is the door code again?" instead of me having to manually respond, maybe that question itself could trigger a response that would auto send the door code.

  7. At the moment, I couldn't create an automated message that goes out to guests between the hours of 10pm - 8 am.

    The idea being that I'd like to have some "off hours" in my business..
    So if a guest messages us during "off hours" then an automated message goes out to them and says something like "thank you for checking in with us. We are away from our desk right now. If you have any issues we will answer them promptly at 7am. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call _____"

  10. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  12. When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

  14. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.

  15. Security deposit is collected automatically for BDC reservations processed by Hostfully's payment processors (for example: Stripe). I don't want to collect security deposit and would like a hold on the card instead (auth & capture process).

    At the moment, additional charge option is only applicable for direct channel. I want this to work for other channels such as Booking.com.

  16. We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.

    By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

  18. I want to add action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block". When an owner creates a block on their calendar we want to be able to automate and create a trigger to create a job because that owner block is an owner stay.

  19. Under Properties > Photo tab, I want to assign multiple photos to specific rooms so that when guests click on the main photo for the "Where You'll Sleep" section on Airbnb, they'll be taken to a page with all the photos relating to that room.

  20. it'd a crutial feature for us. To export the transactions to an accounting software, I need to be able to build enhanced report templates that contain a column with the real transaction date for all types of payment methods. The fact that we cannot specify the exact date of a payment that has arrived on our bank account by other means than credit card is really problematic.
