  1. Right now if you want to re-order or add a house rule that's not at the bottom of the list, you need to delete and re add the rules. This is very tedious. A simple drag and drop sorting feature like there is currently for photos would be very helpful.

  3. Airbnb is pushing the 'virtual tour' by being able to organize photos by rooms. I keep reorganizing my photos in the "where you'll sleep' section of Hostfully's settings and they're not saving in Airbnb. This seems to be an integration issue.

  9. we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

    Hello. This is really the reason we provide the Pipeline, which can show status for all bookings and will highlight those with incomplete payments.

  11. I did and they said it was a platform issue. It’s grayed out and cannot be updated in Airbnb. I’ll just have to remove the info for now to get around it and try between the 2 systems to display best info to guests.

  13. It would save a lot of time if there is some sort of pricing strategy for periods of the year where all listings are adjusted for seasonal reasons e.g. Christmas, bank holidays etc.
    A listing could be added to a strategy for the set dates, and the rate changes ( add/ reduce by percentage or set amount) according to base rate.
    So when the base rate is changed, the pricing strategy amount auto adjusts with it.
    At the moment we have to use 'pricing period' and manually input amounts, and when the base rate is changed then we then have…

  15. Currently, I only can choose daily/ weekly/ monthly in Frequency field.
    I want to choose a specific date instead.
    For example, I need it to say it will send Monthly for the upcoming month on the 25th. The report is being sent to a team that needs to schedule their tasks for the upcoming month so getting the report on the 1st is not helpful.

  16. Currently, we could extract the status of the leads, however, once they become confirmed bookings, there's no way for us to keep track whether they were inquiries or instant booking or booking requests.
    It should be a report to show us the original status of a booking as we want to the conversion % from inquiries/booking requests to confirmed bookings.

  18. At the moment, Vrbo and Booking reservations with failed payment will still come into Hostfully as confirmed unpaid bookings. If guests have already stayed or left, I want to have a recourse or protection in case they damage the property or don't pay.

  19. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

  20. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.
