  1. "Percentage at reservation" from Property Settings => Main settings tab, for example 30% at reservation and collect balance at 15 days prior to checkin date => this variable "Percentage at reservation" will pull 30%

    "Deposit amount" means the amount guest has to paid at reservation. For example percentage amount at Property Settings => Main settings tab is 30% and guest's booking total without Security deposit is $1000 so this variable "Deposit amount" pulls 30% * 1000$ = 300$

  2. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

  4. When sending texts along with a pic to an Airbnb guest, it shows an error "Internal server error". We'd have to contact support to find out it's not possible to send pics along with texts. It'd be easier for us to troubleshoot when there's a more detailed error messaging showing, as "Internal server error" might be confusing and cause some misunderstanding.

  5. We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

  9. I want to allow booking requests during booking lead time on Hostfully Channel. I have a booking lead time of one week for instant bookings but would like to take booking requests inside that window (like it allows me to do on Airbnb).

  10. Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.

  12. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

  15. It's really helpful if the items in the Report / Filter can be sorted in Alphabetical order. Imagine we have a lot of Owners and properies and it takes time to find them in that list while Ctrl+F / Cmd+F seems to not be working on this.

  16. On the property search widget, if a guest enters dates in the widget, it takes you to the page with the properties available for those dates. If you click on a property, then it takes you to the property page, but the booking widget does not auto fill the dates that the guest already selected. It would be helpful to have the dates auto fill that they already entered in the property search widget.

  18. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.
