    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  2. Once I click on sending the owner invite, it disappears and the invite can't be resent. If owners can't find the invite email, they can't log in to Owner Portal. It'd be great to add a tooltip icon saying that the invite can be sent only once. Once the invite link disappears, I want to show the reset password link under that section so I know what to do to regain access for owners and don't need to reach out to support to ask.

  3. Can we make a system template that is a rental conditions reminder, so it can be sent from the pipeline? Currently, the link can be added the Pre-Arrival from reminder system template, but if the Pre-Arrival form is completed, that it is not possible to send that message from the pipeline anymore.

  4. NO - what I am saying is that Hostfully needs to ADD an event called Pre-Arrival form submitted

    we have tried creating an event called booking confirmed with the pre-arrival as a CONDITION and it does not work

  10. Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

    * Refund issued in the lead order.
    * Guest's impatience regarding the delay in receiving a refund, I cancelled the refund directly in Stripe and transferred the funds to the guest. However, despite the refund status being updated to "failed" in Stripe, the corresponding lead order continued to display the refund as "successful."

    ​Feature Request: I am requesting a feature enhancement that ensures synchronization between the refund status in Stripe and the corresponding lead order. Specifically, when a refund is cancelled directly in Stripe and marked as "failed," this status should be automatically reflected in the lead order.

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.
