1. Describe reasons for errors when messages fail in the Inbox

   It looks like we had an Airbnb message that may have errored because the word "google" was in the message and it was not yet a confirmed reservation. The error message would be more helpful if it describes what the problem is.

2. Rental Agreement

3. Ability to choose which fee to be charged for Airbnb Occupancy Tax

   When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

   At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

   For example, if a property manager does not impose tax on the cleaning fee, management fee, community fee, resort fee, or linen cost, they cannot remove those from PMP; hence, when any of those fees is set up, the tax will be collected automatically.

   Similarly, if PM needs to tax a pet fee, they cannot do so under PMP. They can just add the tax to the Pet fee, causing Airbnb to increase the host fee. 

   Thus, property manager should be able to choose which fee to be taxed:
   - Add any standard fee to the taxable base
   - Or remove any irrelevant fee from the taxable base

5. Have ability to customize the header for upselling items in checkout page.

   As a VRM, I would like to be able to adjust the header (Extra services you may request with your booking) in the checkout page for upselling items as We think that our header will make more sense for our guests who wanted to add those add-ons.

8. Notes section to push to selective channels

   At the moment, the Notes section is pushed to Airbnb, Hostfully, Vrbo and Marriott.

   We have different notes for each channel, especially the Notes for direct booking site, we want different version for direct site only.

   We'd love to have a feature to only push Notes section to some selective channels.

9. Show phone-number country code in signatures

   Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.

   Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.

11. Have the booking guest's age pull into the lead details!

    We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25). This would be very helpful as a quick glance to see how old the lead guest is and to see if they are eligible or not to stay.
