  1. For example, in 2023, my agency's commission rate is 20%, but it changes to 25% in 2024. However, if I run the report for 2023, the commission rate will be 25% instead of the old one.

    It would be much more flexible and helpful to keep the correct date if we can maintain the old commission rate for old reports and just apply the new one from the date we change it.

  2. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

  8. My booking widget is attached to different websites. I want to know which website the booking has come from (where the booking calendar widget is) so I can provide different commission rates to different websites.

    At the moment, the website source is only visible when leads arrive to dashboard page, it's hard for us to check how many bookings are there.

  10. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  12. If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.

    This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

  14. Currently I can't import property description from Airbnb to Hostfully due to unsupported locale "es". Hostfully map descriptions based on the languages Hostfully supports, but ‘supporting’ limits to the language, whereas Airbnb works with full locales like es_ES. In the meantime, I have to manually add description to Hostfully.

  15. Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.

  16. When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

    At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

  17. For canceled stays. Some jurisdictions require remittance of tot even on cancelled stays the hike others don't .

    We need to be able to specify if a tax or fee is refundable on cancellation.

    For example. If a cleaning fee is refunded then so is the tax but if there's a 50% rent retained on cancellation in some places we still have to collect and remit tax on the cancellation while some places only require occupancy tax if there's an actual occupancy…

  20. I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.
