  2. The calendar on the owner portal should look similar to the PM calendar does. I would like them to be able to see the bookings exact dates, not necessarily names of the person, but the blocks. Their calendar view is very basic and only shows availability instead of full individual blocked dates.

  5. We would like to see the total for the parent + its sub units in the Analytics page.

    Right now, if the parent is not rented as a whole, it shows as 0.

  6. When I deleted the report on HFL
    On owner portal the report still there, however, when the owner click on it > it shows the error page which can cause the confusion for owners.

    => I want when 1 report was deleted on my side, it should be removed automatically on owner side.

  7. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

  8. My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.

    As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.

  10. Be able to set the trigger for the review post on Airbnb in less than 24 hours.
    Currently, the review post trigger just only allows the setting more than 24 hours after stay ends.

  11. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.

  12. When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.

    However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

  17. Current behavior,
    - Go to the calendar
    - Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
    - However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.

    => We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included
    1. lead check-in date
    2. lead check-out date
    3. number of guests

  18. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.

  19. It would be awesome to type a phone number into the "Search" bar and have it pull up the corresponding reservation, if it is in the system. We will have guests contact us by phone and it can be surprisingly challenging to figure out who they are/where they are staying.

  20. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.
