    We will fix this. Now, please note that, while most modern devices and SMS apps will display line breaks as intended, older devices or certain carrier systems may ignore line breaks and display the message as a single block of text.

  11. It would be really helpful if we could easily make changes and rerun all reports with one click. This includes downloading reports in PDF or Excel format, emailing them to each owner, and publishing them to the owner portal - all with one click. This streamlined process allows for easy review and scalability. However, while the customization of reports in Hostfully is powerful, it may not be efficient for owner-specific bulk reporting. With a growing number of owners, it may become difficult to provide reports to each one on a monthly basis.

  13. Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.

    For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.

    Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.

    However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.

  14. Improve the user interface and information display as well as ability to print of all analytics data. Allow the user to choose the periods with calendar dropdown. you should be able to see year over multiple year changes.

  15. In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.

    The check-in time should be visible in the booking request that Airbnb sent, not in Hostfully system. Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.

    We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

  19. I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.
