Google does not index units due to Dynamic Loading ("Infinite Scroll")
Google is not indexing all units on the direct site in Hostfully site because listings load dynamically on scroll without pagination. Solution to make this more fluid

Show properties only after guest chooses location in Direct Booking Site.
The properties are in different areas/countries, so it is important to only show the properties once the guests choose the location from the search bar

Improve Clarity of Vrbo New Listing Discount Eligibility Status
When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

Ability to rate bad guest that automatically stop the scheduled guest review.
Can I suggest having the design team make it so that if negative notes are left in the Notes tab on Hostfully under a guest's booking that it automatically disable the positive guest review and flag a reminder to leave a negative review

Handling TOT taxes collected by Airbnb in PMS
I request that the PMS be aware that Airbnb automatically collects and remits total occupancy taxes (TOT) in most jurisdictions, such as San Francisco. Due to limitations in the Airbnb API, it is not possible to mark these reservations as exempt or manually adjust these taxes in the system.
It would be helpful if the PMS automatically identified these reservations and blocked manual tax adjustments, or at least clearly indicated this in the accounting reports.1 vote -

Lead modal - Creating new booking
When we make a new booking, scrolling for the start date is perfectly fine, but then we need to scroll again for the end date by scrolling from today's date instead of a date after check-in. Can the date box be set that it starts automatically on +1 day? Currently, we need to scroll from TODAY for the check-out as well, which is a waste of time if the check-in date is already established as a future date.
