  1. At the moment, we can only see the total rent on the mobile app.

    It would be really helpful for us as hosts or property managers to see the rate multiplier on the mobile app because we often check and adjust rates on the go. Being able to quickly reference the multiplier - just like on the desktop version - would make it easier to ensure our pricing strategy stays consistent without needing to switch devices. :)

  3. Be able to keep the balance in city ledger or guest ledger or advance deposit. To include revenue for the days and balance of city ledger (guest who already checked out and have outstanding balance), guest ledger ( the guest who are still in house and have any outstanding balance) or advance deposit account.

  6. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  8. To prevent incurring non-refundable fees from Stripe, we've set 'Percentage at Reservation' to '0%' and 'Collect balance at' to 30 days. Our refund policy states that no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled arrival. When a customer makes a reservation through our website more than 30 days in advance, no credit card information is captured initially. To enhance the process, we propose making a $1 authorization to verify and capture the card, ensuring a smoother transaction when processing the charge 30 days prior to arrival.

  10. Ability to select which fields from the reservation you would like to hidde for example: phone, email

    example: think about that you are haddling a reservation from schratch and in between since the owner has his telephone number he calls the guest to ask if we did our job well or even to pass him through to another property of his that we are not managing.....can you imagine what can cause this to us?

  13. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

  19. When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.
