  1. Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

  2. To have a check box that offers a refund other than just a check box for the refund confirmation.
    Maybe even a space to give a reason for that refund so you can refer back to it if there is ever an issue that arises.

  3. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

  4. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  5. I would like the ability to add a checklist to each guest. I currently use a checklist that I mark off for each guest, but it is in excel. I would love to be able to link a checklist to each guest so that I see it within Hostfully and I don't have to go outside of the software to utilize it. Is this possible, or is something like this available within Hostfully now?

  6. Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?

    We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

  8. Hey,

    We have access to a webhook which tells us when dates are blocked out but there isn't one for when the dates are removed.

    We currently use the webhoooks to be notified of new/cancelled bookings and new blocked dates. Our internal system gets updated with the dates but once the blocked dates are removed our systems do not get notified of this change.

    It would be great if it could register an update to the webhook "BOOKING_CANCELLED" or even have a new one that we can set up.

  9. Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
    I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please

  10. We are legally required to tax services and Add-ons, however, the service provided portal does not allow us to add taxes. Currently we're having to manually build taxes into our pricing for services & Add ons, then our accountant's have to break that information out when the reconcile accounts.

    In a perfect world, each property would have a "services tax rate" option, that would apply to any services booked for that property.

  11. I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.

  12. Integrate with Swimply, a pool rental app for hourly rentals that would sync with the STR calendar. For those of us who have properties with pools, this could be a great way to capture hourly rentals just for the pool.

    Thank you. We suggest you talk to Swimply and suggest to them that they integrate with our platform using our APIs. 95% of our integrations are actually done by the partner and not by us, so it's important you communicate your interest for an integration to them. Thanks for suggesting.

  14. As a VRM, I would like to get a notification when guests request a hold from my Quote sent.

    At the moment, when they request a hold, it only directs guests to Hold confirmation page and the status is updated on my Pipeline page, calendar is blocked without notice.

  15. I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.

    If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.

    I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.

    We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.

Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest

When writing an email from the inbox, I miss having a tool box where I can add our signature + logo, or simply put characters in bold, italic, underline... add a link, etc. It would be great also to be able to add variable that automatically translates into the related data within the mail body.
    We have tool box (not consistently I've seen) when creating or editing a template, so why not when writing from the inbox?

  19. Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)
