  2. At the moment fees and policies can be set in only one language. It would be great to be able to add fees and policies in multiple languages so that it's reflected in our offers and website.

  9. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  12. When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

  18. Turnover rule for not allowing same-day check-ins/ checkouts because I don't want a check-out and check-in on the same day.

    Additionally, guests often request a late checkout and an early check in. Having the separation allows me to grant the request and still give my cleaners enough time to service the house.

  20. Seam.co released a thermostat API to integrate brands like Ecobee, Nest, Honeywell...etc. They also integrate with other PMSs using their API to sync reservations with smart locks. A Hostfully - Seam.co integration would allow wifi-enabled thermostats to set temperatures based on guest check-in and check-out times, thus saving a lot in utility costs.
