  5. We do a lot of quotes from direct bookings. It would be great to set a trigger that activates after a quote is sent. This way we can use it to automatically send a follow-up message to a quote.

    Additionally if a lead is closed (or automatic lead close time option is added!) it would be great to send a final message by a trigger that is based on a closed lead!

  6. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates

From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

  12. When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

  15. Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

  17. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully.   19. This would make things easier if the client is doing their books on a cash basis vs. an accrual basis.
    Currently, the sales receipts are pushed over when the sale is made, not when the cash is received, which is the accrual method.
    What I have to do, currently, is adjust every sales receipt to the check-in date. If a guest purchases a stay in 2023, for example, but doesn’t check in until 2024, all of those taxes, fees, rental amounts, etc., paid out to the host have to be adjusted.
