  4. If guest pays 30% on their 1st payment, I would like only 30% of the payment shown on the reports. Currently, we could only split numbers based on the booked months (using variable {FRACTION_EARNED}) but it would be hard for me to pay the actual taxes.

  5. Add the bed sizes as a category under 'amenities'. Since, the bed sizes are checked off under the main settings tab when setting the bedrooms, couldn't this easily be added to the property's listing information?

  7. Currently, when a transaction is canceled in VRP, it's not automatically updated in Hostfully and a manual refund transaction needs to be added in Hostfully instead. I want it to be auto updated so that I do not need to add a manual refund transaction.

  13. Allow the "Enter a brief message" box to be optionally required by the Host to force the user to provide some information about their stay(Helping qualify guests and prevent parties etc.)
    Also, allow the Host to personalize the description text message from "Enter a brief message" to something else with a character limit.

  15. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  19. I'd like the ability to set a minimum reservation value. This would be similar to the minimum nightly rate, except that it would apply to the total rent amount rather than each night.

    For example, if I had a minimum nightly rate of $100 and a minimum reservation value of $150 then a two night stay would be $200 minimum while a one night stay would be $150 minimum.

    This is related to the existing "minimum price rule," but a little different.

  20. When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.

    We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.
