I would like to know if its possible to have templates that I can chose when sending the reservation when they can book at pay Credit card and when I request they pay through wire/zelle as some guests I dont want to have them pay Via CC as some guests dont want to pay the CC fee. How do I set it up

  3. We have a pet agreement that we want to hyperlink to if the guest answers Yes to bringing a pet. Currently we can add a link but it isn't clickable, hyperlinking does not work on the guest side. Nothing happens when they click the link. They have to copy and paste the link to be able to read the agreement and indicate they agree with the terms. Would be nice to hyperlink to the rental agreement as well if we want. That way they aren't receiving too many agreements and forms to fill out.

  4. I want to have the rules "Increase rate by X % when stay is smaller than Y nights" to Airbnb. It only works with direct booking site at the moment.

  15. We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?

    This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

  19. Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

  20. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.
