  1. I would like to be able to run a cancelation report for the day a reservation is canceled by guest services. If I canceled a rservation yesterday for a July booking I would like to be able to run that report for yesterday and see the cancelation. It is especially helpful for PM using VRP as not refund shows up on the transaction report.

  5. Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
    Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.

  6. We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

  8. I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week.   9. The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

  15. We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

  16. In the previous version (V2), it was really easy to see which photos were mapped to each room in the Where you'll sleep section. Everything was laid out clearly, and I could tell at a glance which photos were assigned or missing room tags.

    With V3, it's a lot more time-consuming. I have to click "Edit" on every single photo just to check if it’s linked to a room or not. This gets very tedious, especially when there are a lot of photos. It also makes it harder to troubleshoot or manage the listings efficiently.

  20. My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.
