Allow users to include the $ amount collected to the rental agreement, as it is sometimes necessary during legal disputes, to show that amount.
Renaming the rental agreement to "occupancy agreement" would also be a more acurate name, since renter laws such as rent control don't apply to Short Term Rentals.5 votes -

Better Designed Daily Report for Airbnb
We need a better designed Daily Report and it needs to include Ongoing stays. Airbnb has this feature and it's such a nice "at a glance" for my entire team to view and get their bearings for the day. This should be on our dashboard -not hidden under Reports.

View all guest information in a single page
I think it would be so awesome to have all the information regarding a guest available on a single printable page. The view order page is most helpful, but it could use a few additional pieces of information. It would better if it included the guests contact information as well as the day of the week for arrival and departure. Currently it shows the dates, but it would be so much easier for me if it showed the dates and days of the week. Seasonal Triggers
n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.

We’d love to see a feature that provides insight into message response times within Hostfully. Specifically, we’re aiming to respond to 100% of guest messages within 5 minutes, and it would be incredibly helpful to track and measure this performance over time.

Booking.com Hide Property Address Until Listing Confirmed
On Booking.com there is an api reference to hide the address until the booking is confirmed. On the properties page a very good feature would be to add a checkbox for booking.com to enable this so users can have their addresses hidden prior to a confirmed reservation.

Have holidays highlighted on the calendar. Most owners have minimum stays for holidays or different pricing.

Put a star or Dot beside the name in the left column of the Inbox
If I add a note to a guest's Lead Details there is no way to know if notes have been added. If there are any other significant messages or other information that needs to be highlighted there is no way to do it.
Right now at shift change each person has to read every message and look for notes of every guest since their last shift.
If we could turn on a star or color dot next to the guest's name in the left column an admin could quickly scroll down the list and see which guests need attention.

Enhanced Photo Gallery Layout for Property Listings
Currently, the property photo section displays images vertically, one below the other. While functional, this layout can make it difficult to view the overall sequence or organisation of photos.
We propose implementing a gallery-style view, where 4-5 photos are displayed per row. This change would allow users to better visualise the sequence of images, organise them more efficiently, and easily select multiple photos for deletion or editing in bulk.
This enhancement would streamline the photo management process and improve the overall user experience.

Pricelabs Integration Request: Dynamic Minimum Stay Rules Based on Booking Dates
PM wants to integrate with the PriceLabs feature that allows dynamic minimum stay rules based on booking dates. For example: a minimun stay of 3 nights if booked within 30 days, and 5 nights if booked more than 30 days in advance.

"Hold" a Property, but not Property Specific for a guest
It would be great to have a feature where we can put a "hold" in the calendar for a guest, but without blocking off the calendar. For mid-term rentals, this would be helpful to us as some people book far in advance and it would be best to place them in a unit that works better for our vacancy windows. Basically, we want them "on the calendar" without blocking any calendar dates for others to book, as the individual is flexible on the unit we place them in.
