  1. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  3. If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.

    This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

  6. Currently I can't import property description from Airbnb to Hostfully due to unsupported locale "es". Hostfully map descriptions based on the languages Hostfully supports, but ‘supporting’ limits to the language, whereas Airbnb works with full locales like es_ES. In the meantime, I have to manually add description to Hostfully.

  8. For canceled stays. Some jurisdictions require remittance of tot even on cancelled stays the hike others don't .

    We need to be able to specify if a tax or fee is refundable on cancellation.

    For example. If a cleaning fee is refunded then so is the tax but if there's a 50% rent retained on cancellation in some places we still have to collect and remit tax on the cancellation while some places only require occupancy tax if there's an actual occupancy…

  11. I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.

    - Check-in Date
    - Check-out Date
    - Reservation Date
    - Lead Creation Date
    - Occupancy Date

    Some people would need to set up Fees/Taxes for specific date range, this filter would be much helpful. Otherwise, they have to issue the refunds for those inapplicable reservations which is not really an ideal choice

  18. When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

  19. The font color and size of the Owner Report is too small and light, making it difficult to read, also no color to differentiate booking's source.

    If we're able to edit the font/color of the report, it would be much more helpful.
