    Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.

    The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:

    • email address
    • phone number
    • cell phone number
    • mail address
  2. I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.

    I don't want to delete them because I might manage them in the future, it's just I am not dealing with them at the moment.

  4. When a client lead is in the system for dates that get booked by a different lead the original lead is not able to be edited at all. The system will not allow it to be saved since the dates have been booked. Regardless if lead is closed or open. this lead can not be edited / saved.
    Users should have the ability to change some information such as notes, name, change lead assignment etc and SAVE a lead regardless if the dates are reserved.
    This is a serious limitation in your platform and causing us a lot of issues…

  5. Just like Airbnb has easily visible blocks when the minimum night is not available, it helps us from having to eyeball and discover or having to click every block. Info should be automatically showing up in a block that goes between bookings when we don't have the minimum night met and then when we have blocks, there should be a note in there that is visible so we don't have to manually click every single block to find out what it's for.   7. The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
    If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.

  8. The emails for vrbo for every listing say the sender name is the company name and I think this is adding confusion for travelers. We want to change the sender name for certain properties or templates

From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

  11. When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

  13. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

  15. I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.

    If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.

    I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.

    We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.

Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest

  17. For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

  20. When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.

    What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time
