select a specific day of the month to send the report - not only the 1st day
I'm having trouble scheduling the owner reports to be published on a certain day of the month. I was told that I could only have them run on the day of the month I set up the schedule, but it seems to be defaulting to the 1st of the month and that is not the right day for us to run said owner statements. Please help.

Improve iCal sync
Sometimes we need to use iCal links instead of API connections for channels or platforms or websites that do not connect directly to Hostfully.
However, it causes a major inconvenience that those blocks imported via iCal links prevent guests from completing their payments via Hostfully links. Therefore, we have to ask for support to remove those blocks every time a guest has that issue or we have to remove the links and wait for guests to complete their payment then add the link again.
It's really inconvenient and time-wasting. Is there anyway we can improve this flow with iCal sync…

If I add multiple widgets using WordPress, only the first one will be displayed. I want to add multiple widgets without some extra work on HTML and JS.

Ability to reset the Weekend Min stay from Main settings
The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)
For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.
As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.
It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

2 votesWe are adjusting the font as we revamp pages. You'll see easier to read font on pages like the inbox, property list, dashboard and pipeline. We'll keep doing this on each new page we work on!

Ability for data to export to Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts
I tried calling Quickbooks regarding the matter and they said that it is not possible on their end to change how the data is coming into Quickbooks. I wish to change the data export settings for Hostfully to allow the data to come into Quickbooks as accounts receivable records instead of sales receipts

Adjustments to auto update commission
If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

Show Tax rate in report correctly as it is in the Property Main Settings
If the Tax rate in Property Main Settings is 11.325%, then when we use variable {TAX_RATE} to extract the value, we would like to have it showed as 11.325% instead of the rounded value which is 11.3%

Option to make a book credit and add it to report
I'm sure other STR users have this need. This is when you have guests cancel for legitimate reasons such as cancelling last minute for deaths in the family, hurricanes evacuation (or any storm related issues like snow storms, ice storms etc.) that warrant people getting money back but willing to accept a credit so both parties don't suffer. Or just good will on the host's end if someone needs to cancel without losing all their funds. This could be a partial credit, one night credit, cleaning fee credit etc. to use at another time. Optimize Inbox View
At the moment, I have to go through my inbox list on the left then scroll back up to see the message! It's annoying scrolling down then up. I just wish that it freezes the left side and the top and have the ability to scroll only within the message.
I know about the filtering function but it doesn't really helps solve my concern.2 votes
