  3. We don't get an email notification when booking.com sends us a message about our account. These are generally important messages that we need to be aware of or where we have raised an issue with them and they are responding. Unless we remember to keep logging into BDC and going to the BDC inbox for that specific property, we would never know we had the message.

  4. It ill be great to have a DBS button the same way it works for Airbnb. This is because we're a business who work in business hours. We have instant booking setup in general but after a certain time in the day, it becomes more complicated to accept a last-minute guest. They should be able to submit requests too.

  5. Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.

    Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

  8. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  9. My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

  14. I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

  16. I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

  20. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.
